Hartz Chicken Buffet — Restaurant in Texas

I just left their lunch buffet and was pretty dissapointed. The building is dilapidated and in disrepair. The bathroom was absolutely unacceptable. Even the act of washing my hands n this bathroom made me feel dirty. The chicken itself was fine and not bottom tier. Everything else on the buffet was pretty aweful though save the chicken and mashed potatoes. The buffalo chicken was soggy and suspended in sauce for who knows how long. The staff were friendly and helpful but apart from this, there wasn't much that i enjoyed about Hartz chicken buffet.

Talking About Three Strikes! For Me This Place Only Gets Two. Visited this location on Wednesday September 14 2022 via drive thru. Roll was hard. Fried Okra appeared to have been re-cooked acouple of times. Extremely Hard. Because I felt that I needed to address the issue I returned today Thursday 15(September) and decided to go in. After sharing my precious visit with the manager I went to fill my drink while my order was being prepared. Drink nozzles were Sticky and Filthy. I visited Hartz today 7/6/2024 12231 Eastex Freeway Houston TX 77039. I am terribly disappointed in the whole food experience. The customer service was mediocre and the food was despicable!. The food lack any taste, it was just coated and fried. The chicken, okra, and rolls were poorly prepared. Not to mention fresh and old chicken were mixed together (for the older chicken meat had a dark grey complexion after being fried and unpleasant smell). Definitely not worth $22.15 I spent hoping to receive a good meal for my family to enjoy.
