BJ's Pizza House — Restaurant in Alexandria

I'd like to start off by saying that historically, BJ's Pizza has always been one of my absolute favorites. We live 30 minutes away, so we typically don't get takeout unless we're working late. My husband and I are both essential employees, and he got off late so for ease and convenience he decided to pick up dinner before coming home. I placed an online order at 8:05 PM for two 12" pizzas, a 1-topping pizza with one additional topping, and a full house. The online ordering system told us it would be ready at 8:24 PM. My husband arrived a little early and waited until 8:25 PM and pulled through the drive through, where he was told by the boy working the window said "we'll be making them in a minute", and directed him to pull aside to wait. At 8:47 they brought him the pizza and he came home, only to discover that the 1-topping pizza with 1 extra topping ordered was missing it's primary topping, but the additional topping of extra cheese, which they charged us for, seemed to be present. So we got an extra cheesy pizza for an additional almost $2. The other pizza was as ordered. We have not eaten at BJs in many months, and due to our experience, will likely not return...

The pizza is great but the service is terrible and last night was the worst. I ordered online so I went to pickup at the Alexandria location. The lady at the window told me my pizza was coming out the oven to pull around front and she would bring out. I was about 10 min earlier than my online arrival time so I didn't think much of it but normally my pizza is ready earlier than given time. I waited in my car for 20 minutes then give up and went inside to check on my pizza and they couldn't find my name in the computer and had problems finding my pizza but eventually did. I get home, which is 20 minutes from town, to find my order was wrong. I ordered 1 all meat and 1 fully loaded but I got 2 fully loaded and my husband was forced to eat a ham sandwich because he doesn't eat veggies. Again, the pizza was good but the service is the worst. I didn't even get an apology, the young lady just handed me my pizza. ...

We have been loyal customers of BJ's Pizza House since the 1980s. We had pizza delivered this evening and after a couple of bites, we realized the pizza had no sauce. I ordered pepperoni, sausage, Canadian bacon, and onion with EXTRA sauce. I called to report the problem. After being transferred twice, the third person, supposedly the manager, said it wasn't possible that the pizza was made without sauce. I asked that he credit the cost or send me a coupon for a replacement at a later date. He said all he could do was send another pizza and have us return what we hadn't eaten. He was rude and condescending! This is not the first time that the pizza coming from this location has not been satisfactory. The quality of their product is inconsistent at best! I'm terribly disappointed that they had no concern for customer...
