El Cuscatleco Restaurant — Restaurant in Alexandria

I have tried to give this place a couple of chances. Everytime I order online, there’s a problem. This last time was the last straw. I ordered online via “ab go eats” which is promoted when you search them up online. I was able to successfully order, got my receipt, and headed to the store. Once I got to the store, was welcomed with an attitude. They said that they didn’t have my order and that they don’t do “delivery”. Not sure why she kept mentioning delivery when I had ordered for a pick up online. I explained to her that I had an online order and that it processed and had all the info she would need to give me my order. She told me that they do not accept online orders and that the system was taken away and that they even took the device from the restaurant away. Now why the hell would you have a system online that ACCEPTS online orders and TAKES YOUR MONEY but you don’t do ONLINE ORDERS. Beyond pissed is an understatement. She tried to call her two managers but none would pick up. Now I’m left here with questions as to why this system hasn’t been taken down and wondering who else this has happened to. If you dont accept online orders, then remove all platforms that promote it. Not a good look. Now i’m left with no food and a pending...

Wow ese lugar es pésima atención ,me gusta el plato mar y tierra ,es mejor sabor en ese lugar , pero el viernes fui a ese lugar y estaban cobrando entrada el costo era $20 por persona eramos 2 personas pagamos $40 nos sentamos en una mesa y ordenamos bebidas, cuando regreso una chica que era primera vez que la miraba de mesera , nos quito de el lugar donde me sentía cómoda y nos movió a una mesa chiquitita que disque porque el lugar iba a estar full , no se porque hizo esa estupidez si había pagado las entradas además solo íbamos a cenar no íbamos a ver ningún grupo ,mi llamado al manager de ese lugar, es que instruyan y den capacitación en atención al cliente a esa señorita porque si pague una entrada por consumir en ese lugar además de lo que iba a ordenar no tenía porque tener la mal educación y ridicules de movernos de el lugar y ponernos en un lugar incómodo donde no cabían ni los platos su nombre creo que es Yajaira no estoy segura de su nombre pero esa niña ocupa capacitación en amabilidad ,cortesía y educación para dirigirse a...
