Great place to get raw cookies and liquidy ice cream, had the staff laugh and make fun of me as I waited for my drink. Other than that watched the owner berate staff in front of everyone even going out of his way to threaten to call the cops on a crying girl because she wouldn't leave. Other than the fact that the staff are rude, the owner is abusive, the cookies are raw, and the place is just nasty I went to the bathroom and it smelt horrible there was trash all over the floors and all the tables had ice cream and trash under the tables, the only girl that I used to come up there for is gone and I understand why this place is a nightmare. This location is horrible! I keep hoping it gets better but enough is enough! The staff is horrible, especially Elisabeth. Rude, ignores customers, and today she fulfilled a phone order for a cookie cake instead of taking my son's order. We stood for 18 mins. inside the store, watching her decorate a cookie cake before she would wait on my son. The only reason we stayed, was I literally wanted to see if she was going to decorate the entire damn cookie before she waited on us. *And she did!!! She finished the cookie cake, boxed it, and 20 minutes later, it's still on the damn counter. Done with this cookie company! On top of all that drama, the cookies were old, terrible. I guess it's a running theme that one very large lazy employee ignores customers. I came in for one singular brownie. (Undercooked btw and paid $5) she stood there and decorated a whole cake all while a new employee who has only worked two previous days, was running around literally shaking trying to get everyone's order done while her superior stood there making a cake and didn't even acknowledge me.
