I visit this area 2x's a year and can't recommend this spot. Yes, it has a drive thru - when they decide to open. The service at the local grocery Starbuck's stands are more consistent. Or better yet, go to one of their competitors or even the local gas stations that have good coffee.
The first time I ordered from the app a breakfast sandwich and coffee. I drove over to find the store not opened with a sign saying they were closed until a certain time (which had passed). So I paid for items I didn't get and had to request a refund. The app still said they were working on it even though nobody was in the store. I can only assume they don't want corp to know what hours they really have and that's why they aren't updating the app?
I went the next day in person, saw they were opened so ordered again from the app while sitting in my car. I go in a few minutes later and they do not have the sandwich, but of course it's not updated in the app. I saw a "review" from an obvious employee who apparently thinks it is God's responsibility to reorder coffee for their shop so maybe they also think it's God's responsibility to update the hours and food available in their app?
The third try in my week long stay was again being greeted by a sign that they would be open later in the day due to staffing issues. Again, the app showed they were open. This time I just went to the Albertson's location. I suggest to Cenla that they let this place die off just like every place with the "good enough" mentality...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm guessing not 1 out of the 6 or so employees knows how to answer the phone at the Starbucks on MacArthur drive in Alexandria Louisiana. You could probably find a larger group of Idiots under one roof I'm jus not real sure where right now. I'm honestly at a loss for words so let's start at the top and say if a group of employees such as this, were actually being managed by oh I don't kno maybe a manager Not just the loudest idiot in the room they would learn things like how to do a job and how to best respond when they have failed miserably at that job. Mistakes happen and ill b the 1st to admit I have made my fair share of them but when it comes to people spending there hard earned dollars at an establishment I don't think I'm expecting too much when I call literally 35 times over a period of 90 minutes that someone pick up the phone and atleast hear what I have to say. I kno what to expect from this Starbucks yet I still think they are capable of something different. I guess that's my bad but this location has seen the last of my business. I don't kno how Starbucks got to be such a large and admired place to get tea an coffee. There are several places that serve similar or better coffee beverages that are within sight from this establishment PJ'S. AtWoods...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTHE RUDEST EMPLOYEES!!! I placed an online order FIFTEEN minutes before my arrival. I arrived and there were FOUR employees behind the counter just standing around talking. Then 3 customers came in AFTER me, ordered at the counter, yet their drinks were made before mine. The girl in the red shirt that was making my first drink definitely noticed me standing there but none of them had the decency to let me know mine was currently being made. I had to ask if mine was going to be made soon, as I had already stood there for 15 minutes. She rudely said yes. That was it. How did she know it was mine? I told her that someone couldāve let me know and she ignored me, cursing as she walked away and told the guy working that sheās not dealing with this. I told the guy that itās good customer service to communicate and he didnāt say anything. They all laughed and snickered which tells me they donāt care about customers or the business. Iām sure this review will go unnoticed and wonāt be addressed but Iāll be reaching out to corporate as well. Iāll go stand in line at the one inside Target before I...
