Taco Bell — Restaurant in Alexandria

I'd give this place a zero or a negative score if I could.

This place needs new management. They were out of all the sauce packets, except for the Diablo sauce. They were also out of all their cups. They only had small cups. It's not like they had a sudden burst of business or anything. Is a normal week. The management is not doing a good job and needs to be replaced!

My wife went in to get four burritos. It took 30 minutes. They messed up her order and dropped some of it. They did remake it to be honest. There was another woman in there that ordered desert, did it through the kiosk. This place sucks. Do not go there!

Previous Review: They didn't take our order, you would think with the savings on labor they could at least clean their tables!

They down bad here today. I order breakfast here 3-5 times a week on the mobile app. They took my order, charged my card, made the order and then the it away. All before I arrived to the store. Queue me being incredibly confused so I get told I have to call some number the guy I'm drive-thru never told me so I have to go inside. I get inside and wait another 10 minutes only to be told that they didn't make my order. None of it really matters, but they're not telling me the truth I could definitely tell you that much. But I don't understand is how you're going to take the order from somebody charge their card when you have no intention of giving them their food and now I got to jump through hoops just to get the money you charged off my card. Not to mention the fact that it took me almost 15 minutes to get somebody at the counter after I try to go to...

I went to taco Bell on MacArthur Dr. Today was not busy I ordered the deluxe craving box the only thing in my bag was a cold burrito some cold cinnamon twist and some cold cheese that was it when I call back to let them know they say well come back and we will fix your order no I can't come back of some personal issues I told them I would be back Friday the 29th the lady tells me to hold on she gets back on the phone and says my other manager said u can't wait that long that's not going to work so he gets on the phone won't tell me his name or hers I tell him the reason why I can't come back til Friday he says that's fine asked me my name I told him he said I will put your name in the book I said ok I said again what is your name so I know what manger u are so they know who I talked to he still refused to tell me his name this...
