It was AWFUL!! The Alexandria location's employees don't care if the lids are half on your cup or falling off with ice cream pouring out everywhere in the bag! The girl that made my strawberry carmel cheesecake ice cream put whole strawberries & huge chunks of graham crackers in it, the strawberries are supposed to be cut up & the graham crackers are supposed to be ground up! There was melted ice cream all in my bag & all over everything in it! A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!! The Pineville location is way cleaner & they make sure the lids are on your cups & all the mix in ingredients are cut up, not whole huge strawberries...

Very unsanitary, only 1 person wears the same GLOVES. The rest don't wear any. I find this very disgusting and unsanitary, especially since you are working with people's food and COVID. The employees are very nice, but why isn't anyone wearing gloves while...
