It looks like management has listed to our reviews - staff is way friendlier and approachable, food was absolutely perfect. My buddy scarfed his food down before I could finish grabbing mine. The chicken nuggets were ON POINT today. The floor was a little sticky in front of the soda machine, but the rest of the dinning room was very well kept. Very much changed my views on this location.
Maybe it’s just this time I’m here, but this place has got some of the WORST customer service skills I’ve seen in a fast food establishment. Firstly, the lady moving the orders from the Kitchen to the counter was grossly rude and unprofessional to an Uber driver, who clearly didn’t speak very good English. She asked if he had a mobile order, to which he said “Uber”. She loudly, rudely, and without making eye contact said “Uber and Mobile Order are the same thing, Uber is Mobile Order”. The driver then walked away, clearly crushed by her lack of professionalism. My friend then stepped up to the counter to order, inserted his card, and the terminal had an error. The order taker loudly said “your card is declined”. There is a certain level of professionalism that needs to happen when a customer’s card declines, and loudly announcing it isn’t it. He then swiped his same card again, and it went through. My order then makes it to the counter from the Kitchen, I walk up, and thank the lady and smile at her (since she clearly needed it), and she just blankly stared at me.

However being that I don't eat any pork ( religious preference) I specifically asked that it not be put on there ...I reiterated that I didn't want them removing it..I'd prefer that it never touched the sandwich..And I was informed that this would be the case.. Yet when the manager on duty questioned her worker about the status of my order there was something quite not on point...The conversation then turned to Spanish this I was unable to follow it...still the workers actions became awkward afterwards...she took the already made sandwich around a partition and did something to it..Thus as soon as I received my order I immediately began checking the sandwich..and yes it still had small pieces of bacon which I specifically asked not to associated with on the sandwich .I expressed my disgust to the manager..and reminded her that I went out of my way to ask that they not place bacon on the said sandwich..and especially not to try and remove it..I was offered another sandwich specifically made by the manager herself to which I declined..no actions were taken against the worker and when I requested a refund the manager attempted to short change me..I had to yell wait what the..I have you a 20$ bill and you have the change back so return my funds.. Read moreI'm so sick of this, haven't had wendy's in a long time because I cook my own food mostly the off chance I decide to go to Wendy's of course the customer service is so rude they don't say hi, bye, thank you nothing at all.. how rude of a person can you hire then I get home to realize they asked me what sauce just to put absolutely nothing in the bag literally think I'm supposed to eat dry salty fries and nuggets with no sauce which is ironic they just dropped saucy nuggets but you forgot to put the sauce packets I asked for me regular spicy nuggets meal in the bag and left me with only food and napkins like bruh y'all seriously serious over here too lol, no receipt of course, no sauce in my bag and ride customer service that's a big no good for me okay Wendy's in Alexandria, Va, S Van Dorn shopping center do better just please this reminds me why I stopped giving you my business and hard earned money, just no.
