Awful manager..signed up my kid for the birthday reward which includes a free scoop of ice cream coupon sent to email. Waited and waited no coupon came. Went in on her birthday showed them the sign up and explained no coupon arrived. Asked politely to honor the free scoop. The manager asked for my phone to look at sign up. He searched the sign up detail thoroughly, handed the phone back and demanded her id to honor the 1 free scoop. Shes a kid with no id yet. Refused her a birthday scoop and we left. After the hassle I wasn't spending anything there. Do not shop at this location...

This Baskin Robbins is by far, the best Baskin Robbins location I have visited. The employees here are very friendly, and are helpful with any questions I have. I visit every once in a while, and there is never a time where I leave disappointed! I was served by an employee named, Pratik, and I was impressed by how nice he is, and with how good he is at preparing everything quickly! This location created a good impression, and although it is a little far from where I live, it is worth the drive. I will definitely be visiting more often. There is always the same guy always working there when I go and I go there a lot. So I'm not sure if he is the owner but he is always there and he is not friendly at all. No welcome or smile. He is very rude. I asked for a lid and he rolled his eyes at me and gave me a very mean and scary look. I love this place but not a fan of this guy at all. I hope they replace him one day with someone...
