I have never once in my life had this bad of service. I ordered a potato Korean corn dog on the kiosk and it did not specify that it had ketchup of any sort, and there was no option to remove any ketchup that might’ve came with it. i’m allergic to ketchup and when i received the corn dog, i saw there was pounds of ketchup on it you couldn’t even see the corn dog, i nearly had a heart attack. i was fighting back tears because i was so excited for the corn dog but i gained the courage to up to the counter. The girl told me she couldn’t remake it for me and said it comes with ketchup when it so clearly didn’t say that anywhere, she was rude and laughed at me when i asked her to remake it. Since she was no help, i asked the other worker if he could remake it for me and he was shaking when he told me no, and he said like 2 words to me. They refused to remake my corn dog after i had paid for it and i explained to them that it didn’t say anything about ketchup when i ordered it. I had to end up throwing it away, and i hate to waste food. I was appalled by this service and wouldn’t wish it upon my worst enemy. Safe to say i will never be...

I've always had mixed feeling about boba tea because I normally don't like boba, but I was craving something yummy so I decided to try a coffee bubble latte from this shop and it was sooo good. The biggest shock for me was that I actually liked the boba; This has been the only shop so far to get me to like it 😂 I got coffee jelly in the drink (very yummy), along with macaroons and tiramisu. Everything was really good and was exactly what I was looking for to brighten my day a little. Thank you so much for the great experience! 😁

Update: It's been about a month or two and I'm low-key addicted to this place. I've gone to two other bubble tea places in the meantime but didn't like them, so I'm fully dedicated to this one lol. Terrible service. I didn’t know the potato dog had ketchup on it. I called to see if they would replace it. I’m not allergic to ketchup but it will make me physically sick if I eat it like I will throw up. I explained to the guy in the phone that. He said he was really busy and couldn’t talk to me. I should have said something when I placed my order. It doesn’t say it comes with sauce so I didn’t know. All I wanted was it remade with no ketchup. I didn’t touch it or anything. And instead of being nice he told me I should have said no ketchup when I ordered. And he refused to remake it because he’s so busy. My mango milk tea tastes weird.
