Horrible horrible staff!!!!! I came into this location because the drive thu line had atleast 10 cars. Little did know it was going to be a big mistake.
Ordering the drink was normal (ice Carmel latte). I guess starbucks is doing 1/2 off frapps for a timeframe ( I was I unaware ) This is still not an excuse for my horrible service. I waited for 25 minutes to get my drink! 25!!!!!!!! 10 people behind me got their "frapps" all before I did. I asked about my drink three times with a man named Mic. When I first asked, He first said my drink was in the line up. The second time I asked he said it was going to be up in a few minutes.... more and more frapps came out. While I was waiting, he wasn't even calling everyone's drinks out there was a total of 5-8 people waiting at a time and he would just place the drinks out for people to come up and read if it was theirs. I even called out a few drinks for them. It took for three times for me to ask to get my drink. They had 2 people working the window, two making frapps, one one the regular bar (mic) and 1 at the counter inside. 6 people working and it took me all that for a damn drink. This staff was rude, didn't do their job well and needs new training. I have worked in a coffee shop for 1 year, I know how to make frapps, have a like out the door so I understand a drink can get lost but I shouldn't have to...

The older woman in the morning, with silver hair (Angie) SHOULD NOT be working if she's so miserable! Always seems bothered and hardly reaches her arm out the window to give you to the drink! I had to stretch as far as I possibly could, almost dropping the drink. Like you can't bring the drink to the customer a little closer! It is an action meant to be inconsiderate. Even her tone when she speaks is not customer friendly at all! Gives a terrible name and representation of Starbucks! Many of my friends, family and I have started using the other location on Acorn. Maybe you guys need to get some training techniques...

I understand the location is understaffed; however no excuse to serve every customer that came behind me (all 6 plus the dive thru). Went to order two drinks and two sandwiches. The drinks came a few minutes after the orders in front of me were placed. However, my sandwiches took 30 minutes! I wouldn't have been nearly as upset if they hadn't filled all the orders who came in behind me all 6 of them. Will now avoid...
