Go ahead and find yourself ANYWHERE ELSE to get a burger. Iâm not sure if itâs the company or this specific location, but there are some serious corners being cut.
We all know the drill, itâs too expensive to live these days. You get some money together, go out to eat, see prices increased by a good 30-40%. Fine, sure, whatever, right? Wrong. That mentality of âjust dealing with itâ comes at the expectation of the implication that the prices have been increased while the quality of food has stayed the same. Wrong đ
They have âcheaperâ burger options. I got a 13 dollar burger because the others were 16-20 and had a million things on them, I just wanted a burger. I got what I asked for, but not what I paid for. Two meat patties, a slice of cheese, a bun. That. Is. It. 13 bucks for a plain burger with a couple onion straws on it. 13 bucks.
Got the half stack onion rings. The first three (of six) were seemingly the smallest onions they could find.
Paid 8 bucks for pretzels with cheese sauce. The quality of it was the same you could get at the mall, and they gave us a tiny little cup of cheese that was only half full.
An entire alcoholic shake, complete with the refill cup thing, has one single shot of baileys in it. Thatâs it.
They give you bottomless fries (they got rid of the fried green beans which is what my wife came here for), but there were a total of nine fries with my plain overpriced burger, as if saying yeah theyâre bottomless but fries donât grow on trees. Theyâre fries. YOU eat the loss, IâLL eat the fries, thatâs BOTH of our jobs.
My wife got a mushroom burger. You know, a burger covered in mushrooms, where the flavor and quality of the mushrooms make or break the burger? Yeah, sorry guys. Theyâre using canned mushrooms now. CANNED. MUSHROOMS. It was almost 20 bucks for that burger.
I havenât the slightest idea how these guys are staying in business. You go to chilis and they have an entire three part meal for ten bucks. Here the special is you pay 2 bucks extra and get another meat patty on your burger. WOAH MAN, CRAAAAAZY. These people should be ashamed of themselves, but Iâm not holding my breath that any semblance of a growth oriented service industry exists in this toilet of a country post Covid, and nowhere has it been quite so insulting as it was here.
The service was very good and the people who worked here seem nice and attentive. But they should go find another job, with practices like this, there wonât be a Red Robin around for much longer. And I never thought I would say this, but good riddance. This place sucks now. Go literally ANYWHERE ELSE.
And check out their thrifty solution to their broken bathroom stall doors! What a bunch of...

I doubt itâs understaffed because me and my boyfriend waited more than 30 minutes until we decided to leave. Forgot the name of the host at the front, I believe it was Aja. Sweet lady but maybe she forgot to tell the server that we were there?? No one came up to us to let us know that they were serving us tonight. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt so we waited but waited TOO long for someone to not even come. It wasnât even packed. Funny thing is, when we decided to leave, not sure if it was the manger or not but for some reason majority of the ladies who were working (including Iâm assuming the manager at the time) they were all sitting in a booth. We had to pass through to get to the exit and a lady tried to stop us and asked us what was wrong. You know what was wrong?? Someone did NOT come by our table for some reason you ladies have the TIME to sit all together at a booth and now you want to help? Horrendous establishment. Who ever was the shift manager on Saturday night 3/16/24 that might have blonde hair, please fire them because they arenât doing their job and think itâs cool to sit around. I was willing on waiting to get an expensive burger but like I said, but I waited so long that I was STARVING. Youâre probably wondering why didnât I just ask someone to come? Itâs a dine in establishment. Do BETTER. Culverâs is up the road. Donât waste your money and time...
Read moreI decided for Womensâ day yesterday to go out to share a burger. I am a man but decided to share with some of the closest women in my life and more. The atmosphere felt a little uneasy from the people that were at the restaurant Iâm unsure if there were regulars or people in the area. Nonetheless Iâm sure everyone was having a good time and there were plenty of parties and two or three celebrations. I think the vintage appeal of Red Robin is always one of a kind and a sight to see. Miriam our server did an outstanding job very friendly, accommodating, and explained items from the menu quite well. We didnât know up until we asked just for conversation but sheâs bilingual which is awesome I think she gets more clients and definitely more helpful when communicating. Aside from that some gossiping I could hear from the people in the front and some other background from workers, I mean after a long day Iâm sure from working the human in anyone comes out, right? Regardless they were all delightful and pleasant. We tried the newest burgers and may I say that they were good and really gotta give kudos to the kitchen staff since the people that usually take the recognition are the people attending and some may forget about the kitchen. The kitchen did amazing. Everything was pretty okay. We tried the newest burgers desert as well, it was tasty. Overall it was a goodnight Iâm sure the ladies...
