Panera Bread — Restaurant in Algonquin

If I could give zero stars I would! This Panera location is by far the worst within a 20 mi radius!! The store is always dirty, the drink station is always disgusting, and they absolutely never ever can get the food correct the first time you order! If you plan on going through the drive-thru, then you can forget getting an accurate order. So many times my food has been wrong, but this was the icing on the cake! I ordered two chicken sandwiches a Greek salad and a bowl of broccoli cheese soup. What I got was one chicken sandwich, the wrong dressing for my salad, and a cup of soup. They were nice enough this time to add a tomato soup that I didn't even order, but not nice enough to put the lid on it so it leaked all over the bag, into my car and dripped all the way into the inside of my house Might I mention no bread, and that is because they never have bread at this location they always seem to be out. New review 5/22/22: A bug fell off my sandwich as I was taking a bite! Disgusting!!!! Never eating here again.

I scheduled an order to be delivered between 12:00-12:15 and for them to leave it at my door. At 11:47 my doorbell was ringing! What is the point of scheduling an order if you aren’t going to deliver it in the correct timeframe? I work from home and was on the phone with a customer. Why were they ringing my doorbell and standing there for 3 minutes when I requested the food be left at my door?? I looked at the receipt on the bag and there was barely any ink..so maybe the driver couldn’t even see my instructions. Maybe refill your ink before you print receipts with important info!

Also, I received two emails asking for a rating, but when I click on it, I am taken back to the order tracking page. That’s why I’m leaving my rating here. I’d expect a big company to be a little more...

I often purchase the you pick 2 and it's done correct. I recently ordered you pick 2 mu entire order was wrong I asked for white bread they gave me some wheat or rye but any way it as the wrong bread they also, gave me 2 whole sandwiches instead of half after getting home I noticed the error spoke to manager She told me she would send me a gift card it's been over 2 weeks. Be careful when placing an order at the drive thru this is not the first time it has happened to me they are charging you for a whole sandwich. I will be going back there with my receipt and asking to speak with that manager to see what happened with my refund.
