Subway — Restaurant in Algood

After shopping for awhile I had a craving for Subway. I came to the counter and the 1 worker there was busy making an online order and she said she would be 5mins. That was fine for me, I waited. I normally order a 6in flat bread with chicken, bacon, cheese, and spinach. I know that recently they got rid of the flat bread because they're doing wraps, fine. When the worker was ready I asked her if I could make a custom wrap. She said that I must order from the menu and that she can not change the proteins on any of the wraps only the vegetables. I was advised that Subway would consider that as them stealing from inventory. I didn't push the employee because I know it's usually out of their hands. I messaged Subway Corp on Insta and didn't get a response back which is why I am here. What's the point of Subway anymore? ALL of the ingredients for my sandwich was THERE. If I could do 0 stars I would. The worker was very rude. Our food was cold. We had our sandwiches toasted and we politely told them that we didn’t think their oven was working properly because our cheese wasn’t melted and the flat bread was like ice. We told her it was fine but we just wanted her to know. She then proceeded to put gloves on and poke my husband’s sandwich and then told him not to put it on the counter and chewed him out after she asked to see it!!! The food is fine, but the toaster must be broken because it did not really heat up the sandwich. No staff behind the counter when I entered, no biggie it's a slow store. But I had to wait a bit for someone to come out. No way to indicate to staff that someone is here. Then was told that I couldn't have a 6in flat bread because it made stock look like someone was stealing? What? I have never had an issue before getting a 6in at other locations.
