Subway — Restaurant in Algood

I used to work here, I did everything. Things that weren't my job. I came in to fill every shift they needed. I worked so hard. For nothing. The one day that I was not okay and had requested to go home, I was told no. Then because of a reaction to my medication that same day, it caused a situation that I am not proud of. But due to this, they have made my life hell and impossible. They refuse to let me back in to any of the Patel owned Subways. Simply because they have absolutely refused to give me my last paycheck which I should received 05/30. They even have refused to communicate with me after this so I would be able to get it back. The regional manager Boyce Collins Spaulding was the one who refuse to let me go home that day, because I quote "That wouldn't be fair to me Mariah." Like he is the only one who has personal issues needing attended to. I was not able to pay my electric bill on time because of the refusal to pay me. You can ask any of the regular customers at this store, I was always there, alone. Doing so much. But it was all for nothing. Never work for Subway, Collins, or especially the PATELS. I love me some subway 😋 but honestly food can be great but because of service or management could sometimes ruin your favorite thing in this case it is not!... want to take a moment to say OUTSTANDING job by management and staff very busy store. The team at Subway you can tell that they all work together to make it a very positive atmosphere. Which makes the food that much better kudos to the manager and her team! I also wanted to be brought to light don't know if you've ever had a sandwich made by Alyssa Nicole Thorpe I believe is the manager at this location but she genuinely makes her sandwiches with love than they're most prettiest things and scrumptious sub sandwiches I've ever had it any Subway just by the way she puts together your sandwich. The meat the cheese is perfectly folded layered dressed for Perfection outstanding job team!!!

Ps!! not that this has anything to do with staff but I want to say as much as I love Subway sandwiches I rarely eat there anymore I think Subway owners as a whole has taken advantage of price hike and is charging way too much for...

This is the slowest location on the face of the Earth!! If we go thru the drive-thru and no one is in the drive-thru in front of us, it usually takes 15 minutes. If there are any other cars in front of us we are guaranteed at least a 30-minute wait. Sandwiches were poorly assembled/messily made.

**Update: Just had an even worse experience at this location. It would be faster to drive across town to another location than eat here.

Order was supposed to be ready by 6:10. dining room had lengthy line of six people, so went through the drive-thru and waited from 6:19 until 6:39(had to knockrepeatedly on the drive-thru window just for someone to come to the window and even acknowledge me). Two different employees walked past but paid me no attention. Finally got my order by 6:41. The employee I spoke with said that they had the two newest employees on staff there by themselves running the store.
