Little Swan Bakery Café — Restaurant in Alhambra

This bakery is located in a plaza in the city of Alhambra. They have a variety of pastries, bread, and decorated cakes.

::Dessert:: I'm very very picky when it comes to desserts and I'm surprised how much I like this cake. It's beautifully decorated with colorful and fresh fruits. Packaged in a box or a clear plastic container with a long silky blue bow. The flavors that I like is Strawberry & Chocolate and Mango. Every cake that I purchased is tasty and fresh. The cake is light, fluffy, and not too sweet. It has vanilla fillings with chocolate and fruits in between the layers. I will come back for more!

1 star was for the service. The store was not busy and one staff seems very irritated when asking her questions regarding the birthday cake and walked away with a flat face lol (all I’m asking were 2 questions what flavor is this and do I need to order the birthday cake or can I take the one they showcase. And I did this politely). So Spent 61 dollars on the store and asked for some napkin and told me it’s “outside” as I approach “outside “ which was the front door I didn’t see any napkin only a roll of bounty which I assume for cleaning so I asked politely where can I find napkins. The staff answered “isn’t this right here” and point at the bounty. I was trying to explain that I am looking for napkins , I never even get to finish my sentence she already walk away. It's my first time trying Little Swan Bakery Café and also my last 😤. I saw some reviews about their wife cake and would like to try them when I got to California this pass Tuesday 5/31 before noon. But I won't come back because their service is so BAD. I asked 1 associate to seperate my order into 3 bags and pay at once (I bought for my inlaws and friend). Another associate told her in Cantonese: do it for her, she's such a troublesome!!! 🙄 And I was speaking Cantonese to them as well, what made her think that I didn't understand what they were saying 🤔. I'd rather they told me that they couldn't do that favor for me. Finally I asked for 2 big boxes and put them all together without them separate for me.
