I liveed 2 blocks away back in 2000 to 2006 before I moved to Nashville it was a weekly tradition. Anything negative would be because it's not snooty enough for somebody. It's down home native Americanized food from people that want to better their lives. Certain items you order have that traditional style. However most are their interpretation and they did a great job at it.

So I don't get political except for this recent situation of August 2018 in the past couple years.

Manifest destiny in kicking people out as if it was a purge like Hitler like to do, basically these people are currently living in fear over some self-centered person. I'm not a huge history buff but I believe they were here first. And we're raised on take take take take. I believe in in joint find things in life without guilt but shame on some people who think they could wave a finger and magically get rid of all the bad drug dealers (sarcasm)

And if you guessed the person of interest I'm speaking of, or you're reading this on your flying cell phone scooter 30 years from now. And you instantly thought of the person I am speaking of, supporter or not supporteryou're agreeing , this man is worse than some pedophile. Put a file as a terrible I do apologize for going that low but who knows actually yeah that whole High School scene and walking in the locker room we're supporting this?

Was there and I found a piece of metal in my food so I called the waitress over showed her and ask to talk to the manager she comes back and says he left and took my name and number and said he would call me the next day well guess what still waiting for that call it time to talk to a attorney did not want to go that route but he didn't call me like he said

Update it's been two days now and still no call from the manager what a way to show you don't care about your customers On day four I have called and was told once again the manager would call me now we are on day six and still no call this really show how much he cares about the customers that keep him in business It has been 10 plus days and still no call I call this piss poor customer service I wish I could show a picture of the medal I found in the food it's so sad they do not care it's time to go a different route well it's been 17 days since I found the medal in my food and still no call from this place what a disgrace this place is just think I have been going here since they were across the street all those years and they can't even call me about this all I can say is eat at your own risk because they do not care about their customers not one bit this place has gone to hell It's been over a month now and still heard nothing how in the hell can they treat their customers this way if it was not for us they would not be in business stay away from this place all they care about is the money this place needs to close down Final part It's been five weeks since I found the medal in my food I finally got a call from the owner Rick he apologized but with an attitude big time this is the only reason he called me is that I called the health department and they paid him a visit they did find a few violations all this would of never happened if he would of picked up the phone and called me all I can say is think more about the customers that keep you open you got...

I started frequenting this establishment when I came back to Michigan because I really love botanas. However, due to health reasons, I am vegan now. It is very difficult and almost impossible to find vegan restaurants in MI as well as customer service or good customer service for that matter and exceptional customer service is unheard of so sometimes in order to dine out; it requires extensive planning because modifications are necessary. I live In Clinton Township but had to come all the way to the SW side for something and needed to make sure that I would be able to grab something to eat so I called your restaurant to see if you all would be willing to make a couple of modifications. The employee that I spoke with was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked if I may have extra avocado in lieu of the cheese since you all do not offer vegan cheese or will not allow me to bring my own? She said, “No, avocado is $.60 cents a slice.” I said, “Well, I can’t have the cheese, you all don’t offer vegan cheese and I cannot bring my own so why can’t it be an even swap…cheese is expensive and I’ll have to spend more to stop at the store to purchase some (and would not have a place to melt it) so do I still have to pay the same price?” She said, “Yes, we don’t make changes just. because. you’re. vegan.” in a very curt tone. I said, “Wow, I’m sorry. I’ve lived in the South and I’m just used to EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE.” She said, “Well, this. ain’t. the. South.” Me in my mind…CLEARLY!!! I would have been in shock but wasn’t because AGAIN, customer service much less anything beyond is unheard of and speaking with management or the owner here in Michigan is worse; almost impossible and a complete waste of major time so I decided to post instead. MICHIGAN, YOU ALL REALLY NEED TO STEP YOUR GAME UP OR IT WILL NEVER BE A COMEBACK CITY/STATE!!! SMH!!! I WOULD HAVE GIVEN THIS PLACE 0 stars...
