Canyon Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Allen

We’ve stayed in this hotel several times and truly enjoy it. I was disappointed this evening though as I went to order a late night beer at 10:54 PM. I was not greeted, yet I was told immediately upon entering “hon were closed, lady call was called earlier”. Ok, that’s fine, however I’m a guest of the hotel, and it is advertised this establishment does not close until 11PM. We have stayed here for 3 nights and visited this restaurant/bar each night.
