if only I could give a review that was MINUS 5 stars! I would be happy, because it makes me sick giving them just one star… that six stars too many! And allowing me to vent by submitting my review, barely scratches the surface of over what I had to deal with… We have kids that attend church & school neat by… We’ve lived in the area for over 25 years and have gone to KFC many many years for our family and get-togethers…. but I will tell you this place is gone downhill horribly, within the last five years. I’ve tried to reach a manager, ANYONE….on the phone, for the last times in a row now, Of course, no luck…… granted I know they say they are too busy, not enough staff/help…. and understand that, and Truly can sympathize with that…however, for them not to answer the phone, not one time for three weeks in a row, it rings and rings and then Disconnect me… Is absolutely ridiculous if that is the case, they might as well disclose down that location completely ….. if the issue is they’re overworked, then please corporate office or the owners of this franchise. Please give your workers some extra help so someone can pick up the phone, The women in my church group are also mothers and grandmothers and they all have had stories like mine and ironically, KFC and ALLEN Texas was a topic. I have our Bible study last week. Go figure. we’re not requesting five star concierge service. We just want someone to pick up the phone for their customer. Who’s trying to specify something very minor in their order but very important to their family such a disappointment. Read moreThis is the WORST KFC!! I have been here a total of 4 times over the last 2 years and each time has been a terrible experience. I decided to give it another shot today after MONTHS of not going in worries of a bad experience. I should’ve just stuck with my gut because that’s exactly what happened. The little white girl with short brown hair was taking the orders in the drive thru, and if she actually would’ve taken the time to listen to my order instead of rushing me through it I would not be writing this review. I had to tell these workers a total of 4 times to not forget my side of mac n’ cheese (after them forgetting multiple things in my order) to still not come home with the macaroni!! And a few other items on top of that, not only did they forget items but they made me park and wait 15 mins to get my food due to their mistakes and IT STILL WASN’T RIGHT. This is very frustrating and it’s embarrassing for this location to have someone skip out on eating here solely due to poor service. I am not usually the type to write reviews, so that should show my frustration about this especially when I paid a pretty penny to feed my family. I myself am a business owner and understand you can’t please them all but this is just down right ridiculous. Google reviews are tough for a business but it’s also a great platform for customers like me to expose their terrible customer experiences.

Read moreThe manager below was rude and embarrassed me in front of her staff...she refused to compensate me for the length of time I had to wait for my food because they stated to me that they didn't have the fryer on. Horrible customer service and she is super unprofessional. I can't believe that they have her as a manager. She stated she was not going to compensate me and to give her the food back( during Covid-19) (which is a health hazard). She stated she was not going to give me any number to get further assistance and that I couldn't have her name and she wasn't going to provide me with anything else. She did all this while her staff stood there, looking at me. This is not the first time. My mother also had a horrible experience with her.
