Subway — Restaurant in Allen

I have eaten at several different Subway locations for many years, but have never installed the app. Today I went to Subway#7761-0 on 204 N Greenville Ave, Ste. 210 in Allen, TX 75002. Melissa was helpful setting up my new MVP Rewards App. I recommend everything, but today I bought a foot long #1 The Philly Steak & Cheese. The service was quick, and the Sub was very tasty. Nacho, Andrew, and David have been very helpful as well! APRIL 9, 2025 UPDATE: Maritza took my order, and prepared my footlong sub. Umesh answered questions about the app. I also met a Manager, Agua. They were all very courteous & professional. Everything was delicious, including the cookie. APRIL 19 UPDATE: Umesh & David helped me. Thank you both very much! JUNE 25 UPDATE: Umesh & Peyton took my order. I met the owner Bobby. All of them helped me with questions about the app. The #1 Philly was tasty as always. AUG 18, 2025 UPDATE: This is my 1st time to order in the app. I had several questions. Artin & Brandon answered them all, and helped me to complete my order. I used CODE FORTY to get 40% OFF my Footlong #1 The Philly. It was good. I also earned an extra 5% Bonus Points. Artin & Brandon were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. I am launching a crusade. In the 90s, Subway cut the bread into the classic "V-Cut" where they carved a little trench in the bread instead of the now ubiquitous side cut. The V-Cut is clearly the superior option owing to its better distribution of toppings, and that it won't squirt out the side of the sandwich on every bite. But, for some reason that maybe you need an MBA to understand, the management at Subway has determined that it is no longer an option. Even at the customer's request.

I told the Sandwich Artist that I would buy the sandwich if he V-Cut it, even if he messed it up. He said he wasn't allowed.

So, I didn't buy any sandwiches from Subway today.

Bring back the V-Cut. Join me in my crusade, tell tell every sandwich artist that you will buy a sandwich if they'll bring it back, otherwise, you will go to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, Which Wich, Chipotle,...

Had an older guy be so rude to me. I ordered 3 Footlongs Philly cheese steaks and asked for the veggies. He flat out said NO. I get no veggies . He said , You get what the picture shows and no other way. Since when was THAT a rule? I was there 2 weeks ago and got veggies on my sandwiches . I called and asked to speak to a manager and he wouldn't give me his name but he answered the phone and was even ruder to me on the phone. He wouldn't give me a number to his manager or his headquarters. So I'm asking here.. anyone know the number? Oh and their "Sammy" bot doesn't work to take a complaint. And Facebook messenger chat doesn't work because they ignore you too . I HIGHLY recommend not going when the older Mexican guy is working. Even the lady behind me...
