Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Allentown

My wife went to little Caesar's yesterday and order pizza with ham and cinnamon rolls. The cashier told my wife that they had to make it my said ok .she waited 15 minutes and the pizza was ready but the cashier never told anyone that she order the cinnamon rolls and she had to wait another 15 minutes and mean time the pizza was put in oven to stay hot well when everything was done the pizza was cold and customer was waiting to order the works was outside having a cigarette and even my wife had to 10 minutes to order because everyone was in the laughing. My wife told the Manager to give her back her money and he did he pick up a slice a Pizza with his bare hands and said it's not cold my wife said how long is another customer waiting and she told the Manager that she's reporting him and he told my go head that he don't give s__t and and the cashier was outside on the phone and cigarettes and my wife said to her that she reporting everything that happened and cashier laughed at my wife. My wife say there for 45 minutes and came home very upset and she had hig blood pressure. This is no way to treat customer. What bad reviews ...

Let's start with when I called they answered with an attitude at 1st im like ok is early I don't blame them im not a morning person myself but when I get here the lady at the front named Maria (must've been a manager because her clothes) is looking at me like I'm crazy. I just told u I ordered on the phone 3 times maybe if you didn't have your airpods on having a conversation with your friend you would've understood me the first time. Then I ask can I pay for it now she tells me idk what you ordered he took your order umm ok turn around ask him what I have if now I'll tell u myself but no instead I been here for 15 mins still waiting when I called them 5 mins before they opened placed my order in advance to help them out and drove 15 mins away from here. This is the first time having a problem in any little Ceasars in any state in the past couple years. Update 3 years later and they still horrible. I used to eat little Caesars every Friday with the family and ever since I came to this one I've stopped. They need more supervisors to do their job and hire people who aren't high af to make sure your order is correct and you aren't waiting extra 15 min for something...

Id like to give 0 stars, but can't seem to figure it out.

This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever experienced. Mind you, you get what you pay for, but my kids miss the one that closed near us, so once in a while I bring it home when I am in the area.

I have never experienced good service, correct orders, or pizzas on time at this location, even when I have used the app.

Today's experience had me in the restaurant ordering at the counter around noon on a Saturday. I was told by the person behind the counter that I couldn't order any specialty pies until 4pm, that includes stuffed crust, deep dish, or 3 meat. So I placed my order for plain and pepperoni, and was told I'd have to wait 25 minutes. I love my kids, so I waited.

During the wait, I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni thru the app, just to see what would happen. Lo and behold, it was ready at the same time my order for plain and pepperoni were. What the what?

I asked for an explanation and I received none, other than being told that online orders get priority handling.

With so many pizza options around, how does this place stay open?

I will never visit another Little Caesars...
