It's absolutely ridiculous that they charge you premium prices just to completely get the wrong order. It seems that 85% of the time your order is messed up. You either get someone else's order completely or you get your order, but all the extra stuff you requested and promptly got charged for, is missing. If you complain, you get maybe a $20 gift card. Which is nice, but our order was over $40. I think that maybe you need to hire people that can at least take some pride in their job and understand what they are doing. Or another idea, maybe have a manager that has to look at the orders before they leave. To make sure that not only is it right, but made correctly as-well. Anymore, it really seems like people just don't care. Take pride in your work!!!! Whether you hate your job or not!!!! Your actions don't just affect you they affect other people as well!!! For example, tonight we ordered 2 salads and an extra baguette. Read morethe food was delicious. the lady who gave me my food was such a sweetheart. she had glasses on and her hair was in a braid. the two stars are because she was the only one physically working. i was in the line for about 20/30 minutes (i know things get busy but that clearly wasn’t the issue here). the person in front of me sped out as things were taking too long. but that’s because poor girl was doing damn near everything by herself. i saw two employees go to the drink dispenser and fill up their OWN drinks, take sips and walk to the back instead of helping this girl. there were three cars behind me. i’m not sure if anyone was inside waiting on food. but one other guy was messing around instead of helping out. like i said, food was wonderful and the ladies customer service was perfect considering how stressed out of her mind she looked running back and forth to take peoples orders over the intercom and making peoples food while her other employees filled up their own drinks, messed around, and talked...
Read moreI enjoy the coffee subscription they have here and it causes me to buy more food and other items here. The food is pretty good and so is the pastry. My complaints go to some of the crew and management. I went inside once and the girl at the counter didn't know how to ring in anything. But she couldn't find a manager to come help her. I ordered an iced beverage and she tries to hand me a cup for hot beverages. But after intell her that's not the right cup she continues to try and hand me it over and over again. And anytime I go through the drive thru they always mess up my coffee order. It's not hard or complicated. They just don't listen to you or pay attention to what you say. Only person that has made it great is Jocelyn the older lady. She always does a good job making it. But managers should be making sure the crew is better trained.
