After my latest terrible delivery from Papa John's, I found the news item that they - just like Pizza Hut, Italo's & others - are using third-party delivery instead of their own dedicated drivers. After seeing other places like Taco Bell, where orders are left waiting on the discretion of a third-party driver to arrive and deliver the now-likely-lukewarm food and ice-melted-into drinks to waiting customers, we're switching all our pizza orders to companies standing firm with their own vetted employees. Companies like Dominos! They are bucking this new trend and I, for one, will stand with them. My family orders about 17 pizzas plus side-items per month, but that won't make or break a big chain company. What I hope is that this review will spark others to do likewise. With rising food costs, we deserve better than somebody who gets a text to pick up our food, transfer it to their car, drive to their friend's house and play X Box for a while, and then deliver our cold, crunched-up food. And all this after we pay the tip in advance - always above 25% and often 30% from us. A big clap and cheer for Dominos!!! Thank you for not screwing your customers to save a buck. I'd much rather pay more and get the service I expect. Thank you, decision-makers for Dominos! J.T....
Read moreNo complaints from me, though it was an interesting experience. I ordered two pizzas over the phone on about the fourth day they were open. Online ordering wasn't yet available for this new location.
The kid on the phone sounded completely high and was a bit slow on the questions, but hey he's brand new. In the end, he got the order correct and he was friendly, which is all that matters.
Went in to pick it up. The woman running the register earns an A+ from me. She was fast, thorough and efficient.
The pizza was average. It's a touch more expensive than Little Caesar's and a touch tastier. It's not out of this world amazing, but it was also only $7. They have a done of options and variations, so we'll def be back.
It's not Marco's and it's a shame Marco's left Alliance, but it's nice to have...
Read moreReceived the text my food was on the way but 45 minutes later when I called to find out where the driver was they never even left with my food. Apparently, because my old number was in my online profile(even though they just delievered to my address a few days ago) they called and because that person said they didn't place an order they let it sit under the heat lamp until I called in... They tried to say this a policy but why haven't I had this issue the last few times I ordered online this exact same way. You didn't even try to bring the food the address for a paid for order.
