I have been going to Raising Cane's for almost eight years now and this is by far the worst Raising Cane I ever went to. And I came to this Raising Cane's a lot of times(since this one opened) because it is in my area. I never made this review at first because I wasn't in the mood to drive all the way to Canton to get Raising Cane's, because i know Alliance Raising Canes will not like my review. But now I don't care anymore. I know I will never go to this Raising Cane's ever again in my life. First of all, the staff seems very absent-minded. You could tell them the exact order that you want. They will confirm with you and then when they read it back to you, they have the order wrong. This hasn't happened just one time. I'm telling you things that always happen consistently, i been here st least 20 times . Two, they never make the stuff crispy when I ask. I can ask for extra crispy chicken tenders or, extra crispy fries and they don't do it. Sometimes it even comes out feeling like they barely have any breading on my chicken tenders. I cannot name one time that I came here and I felt amazed. Every other Raising Cane's that I go to doesn't have a problem except for this one. I can't even ask them for unsweet tea with no ice. They even messed that up by giving me ice! They can't do the simplest things. It's like people who work there are on autopilot or something. I don't care what lengths I have to go to to visit a different Raising Cane's to avoid this one. I'm glad Chick-fil-a is coming towards this area so I can get my chicken...
Read morei used to be an avid canes hater until i tried it in canton a few months ago. the bread was toasted on both sides, the chicken was crispy, and the wait time was very short. trying the one in alliance, i knew wasn't going to be as fast and fluid as the one in canton since it was new, but i was expecting the same quality in the food, if not better.
i had an order placed on opening day. the chicken wasnt that crispy, and the bread wasn't toasted on either side, plus a few other small nit-picky things. i gave y'all the benefit of the doubt because it was around 9pm when i had my order placed and picked up.
i went in person a few days ago and it was the same quality, and it's as if nobody knew how to work the POS system up front. they forgot a few things i had asked for, and also took 15 minutes just to get my food out. there was maybe one person in the drive thru, and at the point of me ordering, they had a small handful of customers either waiting or already enjoying their meal.
extra training needs to be done there, or there needs to be some type of quality control going on to make sure everything is done in a tasty and timely manner. if im going to pay $15 for a fast food meal, I'm going to expect a good quality...
Read moreThis was my first time at canes somebody else placed the order and I was to pick it up for them. They sent me through the drive-through to the pick up window where I waited for close to 15 minutes three different people came up to me to ask me what my order was and they said you have to pull into a spot and go inside to get it. This is absolutely uncalled for when the person at the window could’ve literally turned around, picked up the bag and handed it to me and let me know that in the future I have to go inside to get it, especially after waiting 15 minutes. The store needs a new manager and an entirely new team because they also did nothing for me to make this better. Stay away from the Alliance store you might as well drive to the Canton one at least they have better customer service. Again, the Alliance location is not worth it Make the drive to Canton Or literally...
