Geno's Pizza of Alma — Restaurant in Alma

Be careful if you need your pizza at a certain time!!! I had a day full of birthday party craziness complete with cake pick up, kids at my house, a few kids to pick up,etc. It started to order our pizzas we needed online but I had a few questions so I stopped in the store to place my order THREE HOURS before I needed them. I place my order and go on my merry little way. I went and picked up the cake and ice cream and on my way back to my house stopped 10 minutes after my pick up time (figuring it would be fine bc it gave them plenty of time) and upon my arrival they informed me my order not only was not ready but they had a huge order for like 20 pizzas ahead of mine so it might be a while. It was in fact 30 minutes later, a full 40 minutes after when it was supposed to be ready. Despite me running the AC in my car the whole time everything melted. I started to run it home and come back but it was 20 minutes to my house, then another 20 back. I try and be mindful that this place is ran by kids and they were kind of getting their butts kicked that day, but they were not apologetic, they were borderline rude. So.... If you are on a timeline don't trust your pizza will be ready on time. Don't show up with cold food in your car, don't expect service with a smile. Keep your expectations low and they...

I usually love this salad bar and the whole atmosphere here this is one of the only places I go just for the salad bar and most of the time it’s for good reason: the place is clean, the people are friendly, and the food is good but tonight I spent money on a salad bar only to find a container full of water with a couple pieces of ham and same with the chicken, a note in an empty container stating they were out of cheese and no crackers at all so now I am taking my salad home to put cheese, ham, and chicken on it I’m not sure what the problem is or why they couldn’t have said they were out of most everything before I paid full price for 2 salad bars only to go home to make my own salad with my own stuff. This is not necessarily a bad thing bc the place is disgustingly filthy there is food everywhere all over the table, the floor and all mix in around the salad bar. This is the dirtiest I have ever seen in this place. I’m not sure if there’s new management or owners, but please bring them back...

Me and my family love genos pizza! We live in Alma and so most of the time we go to the Alma location. Lately, we have all and some of our friends have been pretty disappointed in the customer care. It seems almost every time we go through drive through the girls have a hateful attitude or are just straight rude. We went inside to eat today and had the same experience with just lazy, foul, acting like they don’t want to be their. Not only that but their was a hair in the salad bar that we mentioned and the woman was hateful about it as if it was an inconveniencing her that she had to do something about it.. none of the food tasted good. It all tasted like it was sitting out overnight including the pizza, our pizza was not even warm to the touch? I usually just overlook the bad attitudes because I love the food but after today’s experience we won’t be back...
