McDonald's — Restaurant in Alma

I have gone to this McDonald's probably on average four to six times a month, always for breakfast and always through drive thru. Most of the employees I deal with are great. But about three months ago, the woman at the second window got my order wrong...twice. When I tried to say what was wrong, she steamrolled over me and handed my bag to me. Again, wrong order. I tried to explain, and before I was even done, she said, "that's what you have!" I raised my voice (only raised my voice) and corrected the order finally, and she whined loudly about me "yelling" at her.

This is not about just that time. I've seen her probably four times since then at the drive thru. She hasn't said one word. You know, her job. Yesterday, she gave me a drink with ice despite me ordering it without (as I always do, and she obviously knows me, if she is still not talking to me),, and I didn't get a straw. When I went inside to get a straw and correct the drink, the cashier just gave me a cup and pointed out the dispensers. I'm done with this McDonald's. I see at least another complaint about a drive thru worker in these reviews, and I feel pretty certain it's the same one. Awful employee, and poor management...

Updated review, 6/18/22: I don't come here anymore, but today the kids didn't want to wait until Fort Smith so we stopped. Ordered with the app, and this is one of the more expensive stores. Most of their items were close to or over a dollar more (each) than what I pay at the store I normally stop at. They didn't have half of what we tried to order and then when the order was placed the drive through told us we had to park and wait. We were sent to curbside parking, but 20 minutes later when we got our food it was cold and not correct. My double biscuit and gravy was only a single and 2 of our sausage and cheese mcmuffins were missing cheese. The 2 sweet teas were sent out unsweetened.

Original review, 2021: Food was significantly wrong, twice! First time I took it in and showed them my receipt and the wrong food and after a few minutes they brought the new food in the bag and handed it to me and then told me to keep the wrong food. Opened the bag and one of the sandwiches was missing so I asked for a mcdouble with no onions (the missing burger). The counter person went to the back and I hear a guy say "what the hell now, it's not like we didnt just give her a bunch of free sh!t." Have...

Horrible customer service I came in from a long road trip and was observing my food preparer and had noticed he was texting with his gloves on . I then adviced the manager to have him wash his hands and change his gloves. The boy smarted off to me stating no worries I wash my hands 15-20 times a day justifying the fact he was texting whike working with gloves on standing right beside a manager in which should have advised him to save his texting for his lunch break. Instead she allowed him.to be texting and said no words to him until I had spoke up and said something . So while im waiting for my food another cashier was taking others orders instead of her saying one moment Sir in spanish " she smarted off one moment while I wash my hands ! This is very unprofessional unsanitary and just can not be justified. So before ordering your food be sure to pay attention to your surrounding with the employees you may get a sandwhich someone made with dirty gloves that may have had blood or mucus on from his phone!
