When I showed up the other night the workers were SO polite. Handed me the order and nice night. I'm a door dasher, when I came in this morning 9:30AM, for some strange reason the cook did not want to give me the order. First she did not believe my mother was in the right place when she walked in to get the order. The contractor has never sent us to the wrong place (app won't allow you to travel to another location), plus we've delivered for this location before. We know very well we are in the right place. I had to call door dash, they had to talk to the cook on the phone to give me the order. I came in, and she said, "I'm not trying to bust your balls." I guess trying to say in a cool way she's not giving me a hard time, but she was. And told me she had the order sitting back there for 25 minutes. Then the male cook in the back is hollering at me what's in the order, yall must remember I am not a fellow cook in this kitchen with yall right now I'm a driver. I can not wait on an order longer than 10 minutes I get penalized. People put different names on orders all the time. That must be the first time they saw that because it was a huge issue. And she's trying to blame my mother saying the whole mess was her clicking on the app, and she told her to click next on the app, because she wanted to see if we were at the right location, I mean we're doing what our contract told us to first of all, she does not tell us how to do our job, plus that had nothing to do with you giving me the order, and thats why I did not ask you for help to do my job, I asked for the order. I really don't like her telling anyone how to do their job, especially when she does not know what rules I am under nor does she work here.. she works there. I'm supposed to just come in and pick up, and she just worry about me getting that order. Please just stick to...
Read moreOn the evening of April 5th, I visited your location to try out the new item on your menu, the key lime pie. I had placed an order online and arrived at the store to pick it up. However, upon entering the store, I was met with a complete lack of acknowledgment from the three associates present.
Despite the lack of making eye contact with me as I entered, they were engrossed in their own conversation, laughing, and joking among themselves. I stood there for a considerable 3 to 5 minutes, waiting to be acknowledged, but unfortunately, no one approached me.
Eventually, I had to speak up and inform them that I was there to pick up my order. The associate wearing glasses finally addressed me and asked for the name of the order. After providing my name, she slid me the box across the counter without sealing it or offering any assistance, such as a bag or additional items to purchase in the store.
Moreover, I was not even thanked for stopping by or for my purchase. Instead, the associate immediately returned to her conversation with her colleagues. This lack of basic courtesy and professionalism left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.
As a result of this unpleasant experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be visiting your establishment again. Furthermore, the fact that this experience tainted what was meant to be a treat for my daughter, who had done exceptionally well in school this week, is particularly disappointing.
I felt it was important to bring this matter to your attention, as I believe such instances of poor customer service should not go unnoticed. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address any issues within your team to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future, acts like this can negatively affect your...
Read moreDisappointed in my service. The first time I visited, the Kentucky Butter cookie was advertised as "warm" instead it was icebox cold. Unfortunately, I did not realize it until I reached home. My other warm cookies were warm so traveling home had nothing to do with travel time. Today I placed my order before 4 there families in the queue behind me at the store. I only ordered 4 cookies, the families behind me received their boxes of 4 or 6 within 10 minutes and because they were waiting alongside me, they had similar orders to mine just more quantity. After 20 minutes, someone came & asked what my order was and then looked confused as if they had lost my order. I showed my receipt from 20 minutes earlier and then they proceed to tell me that they ran out of 2 of the types of cookies I ordered. I stated I wanted a refund because they clearly gave my cookies to the people behind me and they were outside eating already. Instead, I was told to wait another 8 minutes for them to figure the mess out. I asked to speak to the Manager on duty, when she approached I explained the dilemma and all she could say to me was "I don't know what happened, I guess the kids got the orders out of order". No kidding!! No other consolation, no empathetic apology to a paid customer. I will never return to this location ever again. Shame on you, and it was not due to a lack of workers (there were exactly 10 people in the front working) and a number...
