So I've been to this Little Caesars twice in the past two weeks, and each time I have had to wait more than 15+ minutes for my "Hot and Ready" pepperoni.
I'm...eh with that. I mean, I can live with it. Whatever. But what I can't live with:
There was a woman who spoke very little English who came in just before me and asked for two pepperoni pizza. The person at the counter kept referring to them as "Pepp" so that the person couldn't understand what was saying, and then the person at the counter started to get audibly and physically frustrated.
I actually had to step and and as the person "Ma'am, do you want two pepperoni pizzas?" And then point out to the customer service person that they had two available.
That was ridiculous and shameful, and it was clear that the woman trying to order the pizza was very embarrassed, and the customer service person gave me a look that clear said that that she was annoyed by my presence. This took place 7/13 between 6:30 and 7:00 p.m. This should never,...
Read moreI only post because this is the second time out of just a handful of times, that little Caesars on Alpine avenue messed up. When I came on there were four people working (3 in back and 1 on register) and one lady at the counter checking out. She evidently ordered her food and was there to pick it up but little Caesers was telling her she had to wait longer for the bread sticks. She was upset so I took a seat. Then a gentleman walks in. They two at the register were still arguing. After the lady at the register took the gentlemans order. The bread sticks came up the upset female and the gentleman the came in after me, had left. I was getting a pick up that was pre-ordered. As I was getting my pizza I was told I had to wait for bread sticks. Um the guy in front of me had bread sticks. Moral of the story is little Caesars obviously has no sense of being effective with customer service and time...
Read moreLittle Caesars is the place to go if you are trying to feed yourself or a group on a budget. $5.55 for a large pepperoni pizza is an unbeatable deal, but in my opinion upgrading to the extra most bestest (extra toppings and cheese) is worth the extra dollar it costs. They have a variety of dipping sauces that cost 69¢ each or two for $1. This is an easy way to add more flavor to your dinner while still keeping the cost low. Next time try the cheesey jalapeno sauce with your crazy bread or pizza!
Bonus Secret: If you don't care about calories or cholesterol, ask for butter parm on either the whole thing or just the crust of your pizza. Some Little Caesars locations refer to this as the "Heart Attack". This delicious blend of parmesan cheese and butter is what they put on their crazy bread to give it that addictive flavor. Be warned, this will make the pizza ten times...
