Stopped here July 1st after ordering ahead for 2 small Slushes. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I thought I'd be nice even though I saw bringing food to parked cars. Since it was hot and the Drive thru only had 1 vehicle waiting at the order speaker I pulled in behind him. After waiting 10 minutes with staff not even acknowledging the truck in front of me I had had enough. So I pulled to a carside spot and the app said none of the spots were available. So I went up to use the inside pickup feature the app offers. Again waited several minutes before a staff member came to bring food to a vehicle THAT WASN'T there when I had started waiting in the drive thru line. Asked her why it wasn't allowing curbside and she told me I'd have to get in line at the drive thru. WHICH STILL HADN'T EVEN STARTED HELPING THE TRUCK THAT WAS WAITING. And I told her I had already been waiting 10m in the drive thru and could she just make my 2 small Slushes I had ordered 14 minutes ago now. And she told me no. Then refused to get me a manager and then walked to deliver food to the car that arrived after me. So I tried reaching corporate customer service thru the app and website to get a refund and I couldn't even see where to contact them. Now I'll have to wait and do a chàrge back on my credit card AND NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. They have the absolute WORST AND RUDEST STAFF I have ever had the displeasure to interact with period.
I don't know why I keep torturing myself but got a notification about 1.49 chili cheese Coney dogs today. And I ordered ahead 2 regular 2 add mustard , pickles and onions. Pulled in there was 1 car in drive thru none in the stalls so I figured I'd do drive thru not make the staff walk out in the cold. The drive thru wait was 14 minutes 8 minutes for the car ahead of me 6 minutes for my food. They literally brought the car behind mine food BEFORE ME even though they ordered long after I started waiting. And to top it off the Chili dogs were overpriced at their $1.49 special. I got more mustard on both of mine than I did Chili or cheese and the plain ones for my friend were pretty meh as well. Overall this location continues to be terrible. The owners and managers continue to not staff it properly or train those on staff to properly execute the mediocre food. And I started making sure to...
Read moreGreat burgers and shakes. A bit disorganized.
Double SONIC Smasher - $7.79: Great burger, but problems. The patties are probably eighth pound (true) smash patties. They were carmelized well, but a bit on the plain side. The cheese was amazing and melted throughout. The onions were medium to small chopped up pieces, fresh, spot on delicious, and balanced.
The Problems: First, I ordered the Triple and got the double (I checked and I did pay for a double). Second, the burger was thrown into the box and therefore very disorganized (messy) and had to be fixed to pick it up better and eat.
Carmel Hand-Mixed Master Shake (small) - $5: My daughter had it and reported it tasted good. I thought it looked overpriced, but she said she has paid more for less. She probably knows this angle better than I do.
Things did seem to be a bit more expensive than other places, but I think many fast food places are raising their prices, too.
Service: Extremely fast! We ordered and it arrived within a few short minutes. They did take cash and had to return with my change. They did get my order wrong, but I got what I paid for and just missed an additional patty. They were super nice and I’m sure they would have made it right if I said something, but we were ready to move on.
IMPORTANT: You must push the button to order from the parking spot ordering stations. We didn’t notice this immediately and waited for someone. When we realized we needed to push the button, it took about a minute to get someone to take our order.
Atmosphere: We ordered from the car at one of the 5 or so ordering stations for parking and eating. There are more parking stations, but there are not menus and two-way ordering stations. It was kind of fun. They did NOT wear roller stakes (in case you are wondering).
Conclusion: I have to admit, I was thinking about their burger afterward and wanted another. I’d definitely recommend them!

Read moreI want to start by saying the food was decent, old fries were not a hit and my drink wasn't what I had ordered, but regardless of that the staff here was horrible. There was water on the floor, a visibly stressful situation, and the person in the window (not sure if a manager or not) opened the window, didnt look at me at all, said my total and held out their hand. I put the money in their hand and while I said thank you they shut the window on me mid-sentence. By this point I'm getting frustrated because that was incredibly rude, however the cherry on top was when they handed me back my change I said "hey I'm so sorry I forgot to ask may I please have a thing of ranch? I can pay for it if I need, I forgot to ask while I ordered." This is the first time they look at me and they said "(huff) uh, yeah, I guess" and then they rolled their eyes at me.... over a cup of ranch, despite that I said "thank you" again because I'm polite and they shut the window again before I could finish. To make things even better they screamed, very loudly, to the other workers to put ranch in my food bag. The other worker turned around and said "what?" so window person very dramatically grabbed a thing of ranch and threw it in my bag. When the person in the window handed me my food I said "hey I can tell there's a lot of stress going on right now back in the restaurant, but getting upset with me for asking for a cup of ranch and then screaming so loudly to your other coworkers that I could hear it through a shut window wasn't polite, window person said "okay but is there something wrong with your order or not?" I calmly replied "I suppose not, but-" and then they shut the window in my face again. Will not be eating here again, I have the wrong drink, cold fries, and ranch splattered all over the rest of my...
