I just stopped by this morning on the soft opening day. Everyone welcome me with a smile 😊 First is a Wow!!! I loveeee the Mochi donuts so much! It was impressive. It's soft and spongy. The Kids would love the one with sugary icing and cookie crumbs that's look amazing. They let me try the plain one which was wonderfully chewy and less sweet 😋. Disappointing Experience - Service with a fake smile.

Went in during grand opening weekend, excited for the Mochinut Donut, and sure, the free treats they advertised. Turns out you have to follow a multi-step social media process just to get a voucher, which doesn’t even arrive in time. Staff gave vague answers with fake smiles and blamed the delay on their marketing agency not working weekends to answer the DMs they requested. Such a cute and clean spot! Mochinut has a fun, inviting vibe with plenty of parking (always a bonus), and everything is super reasonably priced. The menu is packed with delicious treats—fluffy mochi donuts, crispy rice hotdogs, refreshing boba and lemonade, and even a little DIY ramen area which is such a fun touch.
