Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Altamonte Springs

Place was absolutely disgusting went the other day and got a drink from the machine while a maintenance guy was working on it. I got a water with ice and noticed there was black stuff in my cup. Thought it was the water so I emptied my cup got ice and tried one of their teas that was separate from the fountain drink machine and once I was almost finished drinking I saw that there was still black stuff in my cup. Realized there was something wrong with the ice and that’s where the black stuff was coming from. I don’t know if it was mold or metal from the machine but five minutes go by and one of the workers announced to all the customers in the restaurant that if they wanted ice they need to get it from one of the employees and not the machine but failed to explain to us what was wrong with the ice in the machine. I’m baffled that they already knew something was up with the machine hence a maintenance guy working on it but both the workers and the maintenance guy said absolutely nothing about it after all the customers already sat down sipping their drinks. Our entire order was wrong, my husbands bowl came with the guacamole on top it was supposed to be on the side, my tacos were supposed to be corn hArd shell as I have a gluten allergy, but no they messed that up as well and gave me soft tacos, we were starving so I tried to eat the inside of the taco, and I bit into something super hard, I am assuming it was plastic or something foreign. I am disturbed. I chatted with a “pepper” absolutely not help they transferred me to a real person, which kept saying that she wasn’t qualified to give me my money back; the store doesn’t answer the phone. This is literally a scam. I will reporting them to the health department, as well as the better business bureau. This is the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time. My food is in the trash obviously we are both disgusted by the fact that there was a foreign object in my food, and if they picked up their phone they could atleast be aware of this. This is a choking hazard to a child and even an adult it’s truly concerning if you have children and value your dollar and health don’t bother coming here safe yourself and go somewhere else this is beyond bad service to now concerning to...

It had been a while since I stopped at Chipotle but I saw this one just opened up in the area and wanted to check one of their new items to see what was all about.

The store was clean, had inside and outside seating but it is a bit small.

As you enter the ordering line is in front of you but you have to make the line to the left (not used to it but followed the flow).

As for the service, you could tell that none of the employees wanted to be there and none of them were attentive. A mom with her daughters and myself stood in line for a but until we were acknowledged and helped. Only one girl that was prepping was kind enough to let us know that someone was coming to take our order. Since they have a drive thru it seems that it takes priority to people inside, so be prepared to wait, I was not in a rush, so it worked out.

The food was fresh and flavorful. I had the pastor chicken salad and it was good. I noticed that they now have flavored water with 4 choices on top of their coke products.
