So I've never been to q jersey Mike's that works this was and I'm appalled at what happened and I will not be returning to this location. Let me preface this with a giant number 9 is $17 and change after tax. It's not cheap at all and the topping should be fresh and plenty for that price.
I was charged for the sandwich before it was made which is not standard procedure at jersey mikes, I asked the cashier why and any they supposed to make the sandwich first to which I got a blank stare and no response?
After paying i get to the topping after asking if I wanted it Mike's way, which I declined, I I tell the sandwich artist I want mayo, and a bunch of lettuce, but as I'm saying it I look at container of lettuce and it's all yellow red and wilting. I say something to the lady she said yes we got a bad batch in you arnt the first person to say somthing. So I look at her like i just paid almost 20 dollars and you don't have lettuce??? At a sandwich shop mind. There is not excuse for this, as walmart across the street has plenty of good looking lettuce and the manager or owner should go and buy some... the jersey Mike's I worked for the owner would be weekly hand deliver fresh produce from the farmers market. I've never seen dedicstion like that at an other...

The lady running the meat slicer had the personality of a soggy towel. Between the mask and plexiglass shield, it is impossible to know when they are talking to you because they don't speak loud, make eye contact or put any effort into actually engaging the customer who wants to order.
They asked what I wanted and I said a number 9. No additional questions, eye contact or anything to indicate that she even heard me. A couple of minutes later, somebody else is asking about toppings... again, no eye contact or anything. An elderly person would be totally lost here.
So I ended up getting a regular size on plain bread...I actually wanted a large sub on different bread.... I could have made deal about it, but there were other people in line and I don't like confrontation.
In summary, come here for a good sandwich but be very direct with the employees and don't expect anything but below average customer service. No tip, bad review, and...
Read moreI'm a doordash driver in Altus Oklahoma, my first order at Jersey Mike's today had an issue with the order which was they didn't have a particular flavor of chips, so I had to wait for the customer to respond with a substitution. As soon the customer responded with their substitution I grabbed the flavor they wanted the manager then told the workers that we need to make sure everything is in these bags. I let her know I was waiting on a substitution and as I was explaining it she cut me off and said I'm talking to my employees have a good day goodbye I'm talking to my employees that was very unprofessional and I doubt I will be personally eating there as long as that...
