I have tried so many times to put aside the fact that i have been ignored while coworkers would rather talk to each other and fault me for not hearing my order when I ask for a correction to be made, the staff not keeping the food filled and then shorting me when fulfilling my order, rolling their eyes when i ask for something that isnt right in front of them, asking for chips and queso/salsa/quacomole and getting the wrong item and being over charged on sizes. I am a local and have been here MANY times of the day and over several years and these problems have yet to be resolved, even though i always fill out the survey on my receipts. This tells me Chipotle isnt listening.
This eatery is too EXPENSIVE for the service and little food i have received on all but one occasion. I have waited to put this review up trying to give this store a chance to change. I would rather not eat out than to be treated the way this stores employees treat me. I am never unkind and ALWAYS say PLEASE & thank you but have yet to be treated with kindness, only FAKE SMILES while hearing the employees talking about you as you walk away. I love The food but the SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. My visits include watching a long line of people infront of me get a huge over filled burrito/bowl and for me to walk out with barely filled bowl is heart breaking. I dont even think about staying to eat. The tables almost every time i have been i have had to wipe them down. You can only imagine the ugly looks i get from Employees when i have to buss my own table.
A BASIC chicken bowl, small chips & quacomole DEPENDING ON THE PERSON running register, can run from $12 to $25 Total.

Maybe corporate will do something about it, but overall the issue is every single staff member acts like you’ve inconvenienced them asking for anything different than what they apparently deem is good for your bowl or otherwise. Staff are consistently modern, part of the new era of arrive when I please, groan and show my discontent for the world to see. Managers not dare reprimand staff or are just as bad as their staff or worse. Management fearful of being ganged up on or fired for being too “tough” on their staff… You see a lot of resentment when you come in a stroke past 9:30 PM and unlike the years when chipotle was top notch, they start clean up and close prep super pre maturely and are then inconvenienced by your presence. They are so often out of something, and don’t DARE and I mean not any chipotle anywhere DARE to order online lol. I mean the degree to which they ruin orders is incredible. This is what a company looks like that’s allowed politics of the current era to dictate how they choose to address the children or grown children working for them. It’s really bad and hard to remain impartial.
This chipotle was the very same, a poor experience with rude staff who rush you through even if you’re the only one in the building and demand to know what you’re getting in advance but can’t remember when they get there. The whole store has only the sign of CARNE ASADA, no price, no direction how to fill order, and how much it will be ... Only the lady fill your disk will decide "how much" and you have to pay it with tax. You musk ask for other plastic spoon, fork.... I show the picture below to see how it look junk like what you take at china buffet Go home (3 miles away) we musk warm it up in microwave ... and it become left-over junk, tender brisket became get burned and harden hard to swallow.....
