Per app order was to be ready between 5:33 to 5:36. My daughter entered 3 on the app when I pulled into the number 3 space near the front door. I thought the person wouldn't have to walk to far. And there was no one in any of the spaces for app orders. A pickup pulled up in the number 1 space about 2 minutes later he went in to get his order. Then another car pulled up next to me not in a pickup space. I could see in the dining room and saw that man was visiting with customers. He was walking around the dining room talking to other. Then I observed him with another worker walking over to the corner of the dining room. By this time other customers had entered to get orders. One server came out wanting to know if we has ordered 2 cokes. I explained no we has a full order and before I could give my name she went back in. The man in pickup came out with his order. I noticed that the group in the corner had grown to at least 5 to 6 people. Another server came with an order for a Tammy in the number 3 space. I said no I was Gayle. She went to the car next to me not in a marked space and the order was her's. Again I was there before anyone else pulled in. By this time I noticed that the group were walking back to the kitchen and my order was about 30 minutes over due. The server found my order and brought it out. At 6:08 I was backing out to leave. Read moreMy son and I went to have breakfast on 6/12/19. Usually we enjoy Whataburger but what a waist of time that was this morning!!
The cashier named “Makela” is straight up rude as hell!! She’s lucky she didn’t get cussed out!!
We ordered 2 breakfast platters with a side of sausage gravy and an extra portion of eggs. First of all “Makela” didn’t ask us what we wanted to drink so, when another employee asked us what we needed, I said we didn’t get any drinks. When the other employee was helping us she said something under her breathe to the employee.
Our food was brought out by “Makela”, didn’t even say anything and set it hard on the table and walked away. I noticed the platters didn’t have any hash brown so I went up to ask for them. She then turned said something else under her breath again and turned around and handed me one order still missing another one. At this morning meant I am just about ready to throw this order in her face so, I had my son go get the other hash brown order she failed to get.
As I am typing this review, she is out in the dining room, texting on her phone...Wow!!!

Read moreMe and my gf got a quick order just a jr whataburger meal and a double whataburger the drive thru worker gave us the wrong size for the jr meal we had also asked for it to be plain and dry with just lettuce tomatoes and cheese and they got it wrong as well (we didn't notice until we got home) and was obviously under the influence of something because when she opened the window she REEKED of it and to top it off the manager gave me an attitude for correcting the obvious stoned worker that the order was wrong and gave me cash difference of what I paid instead of the right size drink and just reran my card for the actual amount that I paid for and basically threw the cash at me. I would understand if they were busy but this was around 10ish well before the bar rush and didn't have that many cars in the lot so I don't get why the manager gave me attitude just because she had to do her job and fix an order that the woman working the drive...
