Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Amarillo

I give it a 2 only because they do have good cakes. I recently went in with a coupon for a free cake that I got from donating platelets. The expiration date was so tiny and hidden on the back I didn't notice it when I originally looked it over. The other coupuns I got had the expiration boldly printed on them so you couldn't miss it. So, I went in thinking it was still good to use. Apparently, it expired July 31st. From the day I donated to this expiration was about 2 weeks. They only gave two weeks for someone to redeem it. Those two weeks, I was working a lot and then out of the country for a medical procedure until just recently. I finally had time to redeem it today after recovering from my procedure. The employee who pointed the expiration out to me was rude about it and dismissed me. So, I walked out and didn't even consider buying one while I was there. The cakes are amazing but I'd rather go somewhere that has better customer service. I went to one all the time in KC but this one in Amarillo is pretty...

All of you are the sweetest people I’ve ever met! Pun intended! We live in Arizona and my son lives in Amarillo with his dad and step mom. Last minute we decided to order a cake and have it delivered! Unfortunately there was a mistake on our end and no one ended up being home when it was delivered! At first I was heartbroken because it was my sons 16 th birthday and he didn’t get his cake. BUT I got a called from the store manager and she was so freaking nice, she offered to drive after hours to deliver his cake! I told her no worries because I didn’t want her out driving at night by herself! So the next day, my sons step mother picked up the cake and they threw in some cupcakes too!! You really didn’t have to do that because of our fault in the delivery. You guys rock and if I lived closer, I would buy cakes from you all the time!!! You made my sons birthday so special!!! You are selling CUPCAKES and NOT Burgers why you do not have FREE FORKS for your cupcakes? It’s UNFAIR we need to buy your forks, what do you expect us use our fingers digging the cupcakes inside the container? I bought a dozen yesterday to enjoy them with my kids in the park, I have to drive around to find a disposable forks because you don’t have them and you are selling it for like $1.99 so I have to buy 12 pieces? Your cupcakes are already expensive JUST GIVE FREE DISPOSABLE FORKS!
