Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Amarillo

3/17/24, this is our 4th visit & definitely our last. The first time my husband and I the order was as we requested, & good. The 2nd visit we ordered 2 cheeseburgers combo meals with unsweetened tea. One burger with mayonnaise,lettuce,tomatoes, pickle, no onion, the 2nd burger the same only with mustard. Requested ketchup & extra napkins. The burger with mustard had no tomatoes. Not a problem we ate anyway. The 3rd visit was about 2 weeks later, only got both burgers with mustard & a bit of mayonnaise smeared on top of mustard instead of just mayonnaise. Again we ate. Tonight 3/17/24 we asked if we could have pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar as we noticed you had pepper jack cheese for the jalapeño steakhouse double burger. Told yes, not a problem. Again we requested a single with pepper jack, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, no onion & mayonnaise. 2nd burger was same except with mustard. Both were combo meals with unsweetened tea. Sat in drive thru window 30 minutes. Finally got order after 1st order was sent back to kitchen with no explanation. THIS TIME, both burgers were double meat, no pickles on either one. No mustard or mayonnaise on one burger, the other had a dab of mayonnaise on one bun! If you don’t have ingredients tell the customer! The ticket when examnded WASN’T even as we ordered!! TRAIN employees to check order with ticket, telli don’t have ingredients! We will never be back & will NEVER recommend...

We have a large family and everytime I come to this location they will short us on the number of fries. Normally we'll walk inside and have them correct the issue but today they earned themselves a public review. We placed our order of Seven meals all which included fries. Of course we drive off and check and we only received two fries...out of seven. My son went in and explained that they shorted us five fries. They got two bags and told him that's the remaining fries. He gets to the car and guess what this employee must only have four fingers to count on. Well this time my wife went in and the employees who can't count demanded to see a reciept and said well you got the correct amount with attitude. So my wife kindly explained that two plus four equals six not seven and they gave us the reciept. In this whole transaction if the employees didn't apologize for their simple mistake or their in ability to count. So we got home with seven meals and drinks. Of course the fries are about 3/4's full. I'm shocked they gave us lids for the drinks because they failed to give us a single straw. After all this the by the time we got home the fries feel like they were pulled straight out of the freezer. I will say good job on getting the burger order correct.

Treats there employees very HORRIBLY. worked there for about 4 ish months and it is disgusting. you find hair everywhere. the managers have favorites. the reason why it usually takes so long for your food to get out is because everyone (including the managers) are in the back standing around. 4 people there definitely do not shower and have horrible hygiene so their body odor is absolutely disgusting. one of the managers has tried to take home BUCKETS or food multiple times like bacon, brownies, custard etc. the one thing that made me decide to leave was that another employee was “doing her job” while sitting down at the drive window while she took orders and i would get in trouble for “not helping her while she was injured” despite it was a sunday and we had an ongoing rush. she apparently has a broke back and had a heart attack in her sleep due to stress from work. although when certain people aren’t there she acts completely different. the management is horrible and treats staff even worse. 10/10 DO...
