I took my family to Lin's Grand buffet during the weekend. Spent $60 for a family of five. To me, the money was worth it comparing to the over whelmingly abundant of food(desert, snacks, stable food, grill, sushi, ice cream, and more). The varieties of food could serve almost any preferences. It an ideal place to bring a big family there without much headache of everyone preferences. It is self-service restaurant. Everyone could at least find something they like from the varieties. I would say the food quality and taste is not bad. I like to bring my family there for a relax weekend. Nobody have to worry clean up and dishes. Kids don't fuss for sharing or fighting over their favorite. It is all you can eat. Just bring your appetite for food and your story to share. For all the above reasons, I give Lin's Grand buffet a thumb up for their services.

Ate here in January 2023 and it was good! Our party spent roughly $44 for two adults and two kids. It was about $12.50 per adult and $7.50 for a child. There was a lot of variety of the familiar buffer specialties such as sweet and sour chicken, chicken skewers, ribs, fried shrimp, fish, noodles, rice, soups, veggies and so much more. They also jad mussels in shell, crawfish, and baby octopus. There's also an area where sushi is made, and custom stir fry area where you can design your meal. A selection of various desert (cakes, cookies, jello, fruit, pudding) complete with ice cream. The food was decent, although a bit greasy (to be expected). Bathrooms, carpets, and seats could use a good scrub. Decorations were nice. Host checking us in up front was very nice. Wait staff super curious. I'd come back here.

Went to the location in Amarillo (Interstate 40 & Soucy Road) of Lin's Grand Buffet and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior, attentive service, and the mostly-appetizing food selection available. Went during dinnertime, so 11-year old son and I were charged for 2 adults ($29.98), which is not so bad for an all-you-can eat buffet. The selection is pretty amazing - 4, two-sided large rows of mostly-Asian/Chinese cuisine selections - appetizers, entrees, desserts, a separate ice cream corner, as well as a dedicated section for pan-fried food (noodles, steaks, etc.) and another section for sushi. Plenty of tables and seats inside, with a big free parking lot outside (shared with nearby restaurants).

Honest Reviews The restaurant is conveniently located right off the interstate. We were driving through Texas and wanted to eat at the big Texan but there was a long wait and we just wanted to eat and get back on the road. I hadn't ate Asian food while driving through a different state so we decided to try it since it wasn't overcrowded for a weekend. Luckily we arrived before the rush. As soon as you walk in you pay and a hostess will sit you and you give the receipt to the waitress who takes your drink orders and suggested we go serve ourselves meanwhile. There's a good selection of different foods offered. Fried fish, raw shrimp, bbq ribs, fried shrimp, bbq wimgs, fried rice, chicken, beef, too much to list Theres also an area where they prepare food for you. That area was never clean like the rest. There was a lady constantly cleaning and refilling the trays of food. I waited until she would bring fresh food out and serve myself. She made sure to wipe down the are throughout out servings. I really liked that. But I checked the prep area a few times they never wiped it down or took new fresh food so I didn't ask for anything to be cooked for me. The buffet food was good with good flavor for buffet food. The waitress was attentive and nice and made sure our table was cleared and that we had drinks while dinning. The restrooms were clean and a cook had told me a long time ago, if a restaurant can make sure restrooms are clean all day and the dining area of the restaurant then they care enough to make sure it's all clean and safe. The only bad was the area where they prepared food. It would have been nice to have tried something different. I guess it's ok because the buffet had a good selection and it was good. Towards us finishing our food the restaurant started to get packed luckily we...

My family and I have Always liked to eat there until tonight, everything started off great and we had great service. A few minutes after sitting down there was a man seated across from us that was watching people attentively and has sweat all over his face, at first I thought nothing of it until I realized that the man was fornicating with himself he got up got a stack of plates as he watched some young women fixing their plates sat down and fornicate do again, the manager refused to do anything about the matter, the waitress tried to move us to a different table to help but once I finally talked to the manager about it he made excuses that the man had improved and it was the first time he heard of the man fornicating with himself but the waitress had heard it several times, apparently the man goes to the restaurant every day and is allowed to do this. The manager did not care that he was watching young girls and fornicating in public. When I told the manger I would not be back he shrugged his shoulders and said yeah that's fine and turned his back on me and walked away and still did not say anything to the man. I'm worried that this man will follow one of those ladies he's starring at and do something to them when they leave. they said this man was mentally challenged but that is no excuse for what he was doing or for the manager allowing it to happen... Who knows what else he's allowed to get away with... And he was touching the food and plates with the hand he was fornicating with but the manager allowed it so be aware of this when...

As someone who does a lot of traveling, I do NOT recommend this place to anyone or anything.. First RED FLAG was paying before sitting at a buffet.. When I see this I usually check out the buffet line before doing so.. At first glance this place looks awesome, so I paid no mind to this.. Hosts'/Manager's hospitality was not the greatest, he wasn't rude to us but I can see how others might say this.. He sat us basically in a position to where we were seated in front of where he was sitting, if that makes sense.. I kept feeling like I was being watched and sure enough every time I looked up, dude was just staring at me.. Anywho!! The FOOD?? The FOOD sucked.. Sucked-sucked.. It was hot, but full of MSG.. Just salty.. Second plate, I went for the grill.. DO NOT EAT off of the grill.. I don't know if it's in the oil or it's the face of the grill, BUT that FOOD FROM THE GRILL will sure enough get someone sick.. I can't describe the taste but it's definitely a chemical taste.. My wife and I at the same time spat our food out and slid our plates.. I mentioned it to the waiter discreetly; he stated he'd tell the manager.. It sure didn't happened while we were there, I know this for fact because the Manager/guy was sitting there staring at me the whole time.. I don't write many reviews, but I will for the sake of hopefully preventing someone else from getting sick.. Things to look for in Chinese Buffets.. If the soups are all yellow based, more than likely your eating from a place that uses a ton of oil and animal fat.....
