McDonald's — Restaurant in Amarillo

I go to this McDonalds OFTEN and normally don’t have any issues Today I ordered my food like normal they told me to go to stall 5 since I had a fairly large order. Stall 5 was full. When the first runner came out I told him that I was supposed to be in stall 5 but someone was there would that be a problem he said no. I waited 20 mins. In that time many cars came and left. I moved to stall 5 Like they told me. Then another female runner came to my car apologized and said Im sorry can I know what you had I told her, she left I waited another 10 mins. Another runner came out and apologized and asked me what I had I told him again. I waited another 20mins. I drove around back to the drive through they tried to get me to pay again I said no way !! I never got my food they had me go to the second window. Asked me what I had again I told them again. They asked me to pull into stall 4 I said no freaking way Ive been here almost a freaking hour. They gave me 1/2 of my food then said I had it all I said no I dont Im missing still quite a bit I dont even have my coffees. They gave me plain black coffee which is not what I orders they said what was your order I said never mind I will take what I have. They acted as though my order was unimportant and they were just trying to get rid of me. I was kind, I was patient and I am a good client . I feel that if I had gone in after the first 20 mins and started yelling and screamming and acting like a real Karen I would have been taken care of but since I was kind and patient I was...

My order was messed up so I sent a email and the manager Faith called me back later that evening and when we spoke she apologized for the mishap and told me to just go back and tell them to replace my meal and if there were any questions to have them call her(messed my order up 3 weeks ago,and even after 3 weeks passed by still couldn'tget it right!)...so this morning I go back I'm told to pull up to the window some older lady said I'm the manager and I told her what Faith told me and she was so rude and said pull to the next window their's a manager there so pointless to explain 3 times that my meal needed to be replaced, the 2nd manager a young blonde woman says yeah ok what did you have I tell her and she asks my drink and now to pull up to the 3rd window, 5 cars pass me and a person walks in gets food and leaves, I'm about to drive off and a young girl says yes what did you have I tell her and she passes me a bag and quickly goes outside to deliver a app order....didn't give me my orange juice and once again the order is wrong again....smh I will not go back to this McDonald's again! I would give 0 🌟 !!!! Rude employees and obviously can't get a order...

Was picking up a midnite snack, literally. 11:55pm I pull up. Im told cash only. Understandable so I decide to get cash. I return place my order and "we are out of siracha", ok np. I order $5 20pc nuggets w/ranch & honey mustard, double cheese burger delux, and (2 cheese burgers)= $12+change w/tax. I get home i start with nuggets. No honey mustard just 6 packets of "honey" and 1pk of Ranch. I continue. Delux was good. And was going to finish off with (2/$1 cheese burgers) but they were not in the bag. Before I drove off from drive thru I asked for a reciept. Drive thru person said" we cant bc computers are done this time every night" i cld hear so she did hav to repeat herself. I said fine and drove off. Iv had a similar experience where Taco %$#@ also forgor food I paid for and the try to accuse me of just wanting free food. I did not call them to tell them. I had no reciept and only her word vs mine. Its awful 1 can work so hard for their money only to be taken advantage of bc ppl cant deliver what was purchased. I stopped going to Taco #@^*& 4yrs ago now. Bc thats the only other course 1 can take when thgs like...
