I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this store that deserves attention. For Christmas, my husband purchased a pair of boots for me, but since he wasn't sure about my exact size, he specifically asked the salesgirl if exchanging them would be an option if they didn’t fit. She confidently assured him that an exchange would be possible. He trusted her and didn’t open the box, as she had fetched the boots directly from the back. When I finally opened my gift, I was horrified that the boots were worn, and the inside and the bottom were dirty. Upon realizing this, my husband and I returned to the store to request an exchange. However, the sales staff informed us that they could not assist because the boots were considered a final sale at the time of purchase, a decision made by the manager. To my dismay, one girl even mentioned that the boots may have been used in their TikTok videos! Despite the fact that they had more boots available, they refused to allow me to exchange them for a new pair, swap them for something else, or even provide a refund. Horrible quality items. Ridiculous return policy and inattentive staff. Last Thursday around lunch time I shopped in the store and was the only customer. The staff at the counter was on her phone. About 20 minutes later another girl showed up and finally asked me if I needed help with anything. While I was there both girls began stocking things, which is fine, but immediately greet what seemed to be their friends. when I was ready to check out I stood by the register for about 5 minutes before I had to go ask the girls to check me out. I purchased a $12 pair of earrings and a $70 concho belt. I was unhappy with the service but worse than that…as soon as I put the belt on and wore it for a minute it broke into several pieces. I was already aware of the return policy being no refunds, so I am not searching for that. However, I do think the quality of the items are horrible and they know it. Hints their return policy. Would give zero stars if possible. Went in yesterday looking for something specific, found exactly what we were looking for on a sale rack with many of the same item on said sale rack. When we went to check out the girl at the counter was very rude, wouldn't look at us in the eye, said the item we wanted to purchase wasn't on sale. I asked her to come over to said sale rack and showed her about 5 more of the same item on the sale rack.
