Wow! Super disappointed. We have been going here for years and here in the latest we have been going several times a month. Usually we get our favorites pizza rolls. But I have been talking my family into the pizza for months after seeing it. We are long time pizza lovers and have worked pizza for years. So! We are only about the best dough and toppings. And our pizza comes and it's thin crust. OK no worries must have just been a mess up. We have experienced this in the past as previous pizza workers. We asked the lady what was going on she tells us this is the only option. OK. So we eat and find it so strange that a place that has amazing dough for pizza rolls would only serve thin crust. So feeling crazy about that we look up their website and there's almost no thin crust there. So we ask again and show pics. I mean we go there so often and it's crazy right. She instantly asks if we want to talk to a Manager. I say ok if you perfer. The manager comes and I tell him everything especially that I had to talk my family out of their favorite meal and we were told this is the only option. And he gave us a 20 % discount.... I then say again ...and he was firm...20 % ummmm seriously are you kidding me you can't leave this place for under $40 for 4 people and we typically leave for $70 or more several times a week. Pizzas with inflation now must cost $5.00. Yeah we used to give them for free under these circumstances as managers. I am not about to go and pay a company good money often and lied to and forced to buy something I didn't order. Goodbye to you . I will make sure I let...
Read moreSo I ate here with my wife two days ago. We used to come here all the time during college and it was always fantastic. Unfortunately, I think those days have passed. The food cost about $13 or $14 for a sandwich with some curly fries. The sandwich was very pitiful with very little meat or cheese in it and the meat was dry with very little seasoning. On top of that, there were just a small amount of fries. If it stopped with the food, I would almost be willing to forgive it as a fluke but our waitress was also very inattentive. She was a tall skinny girl with black hair, and a low cut tank top on that felt like it would be more appropriate in a hooters. The entire time there, I received no refills and she forgot the ranch for my wife's order. The tattoo on her chest describing how "she belonged to herself" apparently extended to her job duties. I understand that COVID probably hit this business pretty hard but that is no excuse for an entirely disappointing experience like I had. Unfortunately I will never return to this establishment and it is just one more place that is not worth going to anymore. At least I get refills...
Read moreWe went to Firehouse tonight and, as always, they didn’t disappoint! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I tried the Meatball Pizza with extra sauce—absolutely fantastic. Super flavorful, perfectly cooked, and that extra sauce really took it to the next level. It was a tiny bit salty for my taste, but I’m pretty sensitive to salt, so most people probably wouldn’t even notice.
My husband and sister-in-law both ordered the Firehouse Philly Cheesesteak and gave it glowing reviews! But fair warning: it packs some serious heat. My SIL was literally in tears by the end—but still loved every bite!
Kam went with the Chicken Alfredo and said it was delicious—creamy, rich, and exactly what she was craving.
The atmosphere was exactly what you'd expect on a Friday night at 7—busy, loud, and packed. We ended up sitting in the bar area, but the service was still great, and it had a fun energy.
Bonus fun fact: some of the firehouse memorabilia on display is actually from the Kress Fire Department—such a cool local touch!
If you haven’t been yet, go hungry and bring your...
