Wingstop — Restaurant in Amarillo

Went to Wingstop ordered and paid waited for food first order came out and the employee handed us the bag then after my son started eating the lady at the register came and said he took the wrong order and stated he only paid for 5 pieces and received 8 pieces so I explained that we didn't take anything ur employees gave out the wrong order she wanted the 3 extra tenders bk or we were to pay for them which we did but she came out very unprofessional and acted like we stole the food when the mistake was on there side Then came out said because of her inventory she had to fix it which I told her I understand but how u going to charge me for y'all's mistake!! I didn't go in the kitchen for anything y'all brought it out to us. I paid for the additional tenders. then they brought us out a whole new set of 6 piece tenders. Again on there own mistakes we received 13 pieces in total when she tried to be ugly about 3 tenders we got double karma's is real when ur ugly and...

Sad, because I do like Wingstop, but it seems that the wait is always long, the order is wrong, and today this is what the veggies looked liked!!!! Disgusting. This tells me that they have these prewrapped already and they don't keep them fresh. I have ordered again more than once from this Wing Stop off I-40 and Grand and again they have disappointed. There was enough grease in the container where I could fry more chicken. My sheet is soaked with grease from where the grease soaked through the sack. It is disgusting. They don't take the time to drain the grease nor check their veggies. I will not order from there again for while. Wish I could add the pictures I took. Last time I called complained to the manager, he said, "Sorry, would you like to come get some free fries?" I said, "No!"...

Do not come here you will literally wait forever.. I tried calling and placing a pickup order and the lady literally had me on hold for 15-20 minutes. So I call back and the same lady immediately puts me on hold again at that point I gave up trying to order from this location. I understand that things get really busy and chaotic sometimes but having people wait 20+ minutes before they can even place the order and then having to wait another 30 mins before your To go order is ready is absolutely ridiculous.. super unprofessional at that point just say you aren’t currently taking orders due to whatever reason but to just not say anything and leave people on hold until they hang up is purely unacceptable. I will not be eating at their location and I advise others to go to a different...
