TL;DR - The order was messed up, the kitchen staff is seemingly terrible, and on top of being messed up, it was like eating crumbs.
Man.. I hate to be that guy that only leaves a review when the place is bad, but man this experience was awful. As far as time, I wasn't paying attention.
We showed up at around 22:15, they close at 01:00. We were greeted fine, sat equally as quickly, and waited a few minutes for our server. It's a slow day, so they closed one half the restaurant. They've got two servers and a bartender on, not sure what the kitchen situation is like.
We ordered our food fairly quickly as well. One of us got a Burger and fries with a snack wing, the other a 20 piece boneless. For the boneless wing there was blue cheese and celery ordered. They forgot the celery and gave ranch instead. I should've gotten a picture of the sauced bread crumbs, but I wasn't initially going to complain. $22 for a 20 piece boneless that was very little chicken and very much breading. Needless to say, seeing as all the chicken is frozen and easy to sort through, I was impressed at how lazy and inconsiderate the kitchen staff is.
As for the burger, it was just fine. Good flavor, well cooked, no problems there; the fries tasted like they had been left out for the last 20 minutes, but that happens. Mistakes are made in the food industry, and I'll be the first to admit I've made plenty.
As far as the speed of our order, the party that came in after us got served all of their food before us... and got the same food as we did.
When it comes down to the order being messed up, I'm not sure who to blame. It's a simple game of telephone from us, to the server, to the kitchen staff. Our server was just fine and I harbor no complaints towards them. They were plenty attentive and, though a little distracted, tried to stay on top of things as much as possible.

My husband went up to the front to see if they forgot to tell a server we were there, she told him "yes that probably happened", he returned to our table and we continued to sit for another 5 minutes. My husband flagged down a server as he walked by, he was very short with us and told us that someone else would be taking care of us as he blew by our table without even slowing down. About 2-3 minutes later the same young man returned to our table, put silverware and napkins down and asked us what we wanted to drink. No greeting, no apology for our wait, nothing. We ordered two soft drinks and a drink from the bar. The soft drinks came right away, and we waited a long time for the bar drink. When the server came back to take our order, we asked about the bar drink. He said it would be delivered to our table "eventually, whenever it was made". Again, no apology of any kind. Service continued in this appalling way through the rest of our meal. When the server finally brought our check, my husband went up front to pay. Our server told him he could take care of it, led my husband back to the busser area, had my husband run his card through the machine. When the server saw that my husband had left zero tip (because we tip in accordance to the level of service we received), he asked my husband if he was mad at him. Read moreIf I could give a zero star, I would. It took several minutes to be greeted at the door in the most half-hearted manner that I have experienced at a restaurant. Took more than 5 minutes to get water, and ten to get drinks. I watched tables get seated, ordered and food delivered to them in a span of the next hour. Meanwhile my brother and I hadn’t received anything yet. Then my brother’s food came. Afterwards the waiter finally acknowledged that he hadn’t even given us silverware yet. Then 10 minutes later, my food arrived (a 10 piece with fries) and the person who delivered it sounded like they just didn’t even care (probably don’t and won’t even see this post). I watched the bartender leave the bar for a period of more than half an hour, come back to grab one drink and not clean anything away from the bar, then leave again. Tables that were not clean when I got here have remained I cleaned and I watched a crew member take one tray (from all appearances, they had two functioning hands) to the back. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in the restaurant industry and maybe they are tired, over-worked, and underpaid, but this was absolutely ludicrous at just how bad the service was. Writing this as I’m waiting for the check and as long as this post is and taking time to think through what I want to say, I have watched the table next to us which got vacated 15 minutes ago still not be cleaned off.
