I got a falafel wrap, husband got the gyro flatbread. His was just 'ok', I thought the falafel was pretty good. Two stars for the service though- the guy at the counter treated us pretty badly. When we came in the place was completely empty (and now I have an idea why), but he acted like we were a huge inconvenience. Just really rude and curt. My husband had originally asked for a wrap, then asked if it would be ok to get the flatbread instead- the guy smirked and made a big show of throwing the tortilla in the trash, then immediately after he had to prep the tortilla for MY wrap, which I had ordered first... so there was no reason to be so put out by his request. Other than that, he was just generally unpleasant. After we got our food and sat down, he got on the phone and was yelling at somebody- sounds like staffing issues, like he had to stay past his shift and was telling someone off about it. I get why that might sour his mood, but holy crap that was unacceptable. I work retail, and I completely understand how trying customer service can be, but it's NEVER ok to take it out on customers or air your company's dirty laundry.
