While the food taste good and is often given in decent portions, don't expect them to serve you what you want past 6 pm. Also, they close at 8pm, not 9. They're usually out of almost everything by 6 and won't make anymore, so your left picking from whatever is left over. We've gone here several times and been told they were out of honey walnut shrimp, teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken all at once. The staff are always nice and apologetic about it, but I just think it's a bit unreasonable to refuse to make more of something to serve when you still have 2 hours left of being open. Once we came at 7:45 and were told it'd be 15 minutes for our food to be ready. No problem! We don't mind waiting especially when it was so close to closing time (like I said, they close at 8 despite what google says). 15 minutes go by and nothing happens, except for another car pulling up to wait for their food. 30 minutes go by and still nothing. by 45 minutes we were about to give up but they finally came out with our order. It was cold and also the wrong food but we were sick of waiting so we just left and ate that. Again, probably our fault for coming so late but it was just a really disappointing experience. I also don't know if the other car go their food because they were still waiting when we left. Edit: 1/26/19 Apparently they're out of food by 3pm. We went there today to grab something before I went to work and we're told they we're out of most everything and it'd be about a 3 minute wait. No problem. We pay and pull around to wait for our food. After 3 minutes nothing. After 10 minutes nothing. After 15 minutes nothing. Finally around 20 minute they bring out a food and I'm almost late at this point so after a verbal confirmation from the staff member of the items in the bag we leave. I should have actually looked in the bag as they gave us the completely wrong food. Wrong rice, wrong egg roll, wrong meat. Didn't have time to go back so we just had to eat what they gave us. Glad we paid the extra for honey walnut shrimp and got orange chicken instead. We will not be...
Read moreThe reason why I am giving my review three stars... when the building had its grand opening the staff didn’t greet us. Their faces tell you they don’t want to be here. Few more times visiting and still received rude customer service, out of past noon and stays empty, also the amount of time it took to cook and get fresh dishes to restock the display felt like 30 minutes (that’s a long time). The portions are great but this is probably the sloppiest Panda Express I have seen and visited. I am from California, I have visit and eat at a lot of different locations. The is the worst Panda Express I have visited. If it was a scale from 1-10, I would go with a 2.
It feels like the manager of this location doesn’t give two rats and Willie-inventory, employees (as in shape them up, smile, greet. If you’re having a bad day, get over it), service in general and care. Love the company you work for. If you don’t like/love it, your employees will have the same feel, then the patrons who dine in or drive thru don’t want to stick around.
Last time we visited, we were greeted by a new employee who for the first time was smiling at the customers. She even comes out and ask each table if everything is alright. You guys need to hire people who not just give good service but those who smile and not “tell me what you want, pay, get out”... great service, great food, all around truly happy experience. So far the location doing...
Read moreI have to leave a one star review because my in store service was appalling. My husband and I went inside to order some food and my husband had a hard time understanding the lady taking our order. We wanted double meats and double noodles just as we order online. We in fact get three servings of plant based meat and one side of chow mein or fried rice. The plat proportion size in the store was significantly disproportionate from the size we get online nor did we get the option to double up on anything. I paid for a bigger plate and got a plate. Also when my husband couldn't understand the lady taking our order he went to an employee he thought would be able to speak English as he had previously heard him speak clearly and he wanted to avoid misunderstandings. As my husband was asking the man about the bigger plate issue we were having another man proceeded to interpret them and give him an answer again he could not understand I couldn't even hear the man and I was standing next to them. My husband said he didn't come over to the counter to not be able to understand another accent and the employee took offense to this and started saying it was discrimination against him and that he does not tolerate it. It is not discrimination to ask someone else to explain something to you in a language or tonality they can understand. We will not be coming into...
