We came from out of state to the university of Iowa with our sick horse. We ordered pizza at 1230 for the staff at the university and one pizza for ourselves to be delivered, it's a gated area at the large animal eqine so I asked them to call me when they arrived with our 6 pizzas. 2pm comes I call and they say they were delivered, I never got them they left them somewhere supposedly but not here. They re-made them after the person on the phone was rude with me a if this was my fault, when the delivery girl arrived she was rude and yelled obscene things as she drove away....obviously forgetting it's a gated area then had to wait to be let out while we stood holding our pizza. Mind you we paid over the phone and added a tip already... wow!!! Customer service needs to be improved... not the impression you should be giving on the phone...

I know it was within an hour of close but if you take an order and you take payment for the order then you should make sure you send out the entire order with the driver. If you are the driver and say you will return with the missing order, you need to return. Very unhappy with the service. Will reach out to Corporate as well. If you decide to use the app to order delivery and see "Christian is preparing your food" then expect your order to get canceled.
