Food and First is an incredible place that offers vital support to Ukrainians and refugees from all over. We are deeply thankful for the generosity and kindness they show every day. Their commitment to helping people in need is truly heartwarming. They provide a wide range of food and essential products completely free of charge, which is a tremendous help for those of us facing difficult times.

While not all the food is always the freshest, this is completely understandable given the volume of people they assist. What really matters is that they are providing much-needed resources to help us feed our families, and for that, we are immensely grateful. Their dedication to ensuring no one goes hungry, regardless of where they come from, is something to be highly praised. We feel incredibly fortunate to have this kind of support, and it brings comfort to know that there are organizations like Food and First working hard to make a positive impact...

This organization is incredible. They feed people every single day. Great meals for free, everyone is so very kind. They have clothes on racks you can have all the time. Many good people volunteer here all the time. They never push religion on you. They never pressure you or you situation. They help. They provide hot meals everyday. One of the best things in Ames.
