Ordering system is very disappointing. I ordered online and showed up 15 minutes later for my sandwich. I went to the pick up area and told them my name. I then watched everyone who walked in after me for 20 minutes ordering and getting their food in person before my online order. I reminded them politely that I was before all of these people and asked if I should go get in line. The workers response was not very kind and don’t think I deserved their sassy. If I were to have just ordered it in person it would’ve been 25 minutes quicker. I am very disappointed and also watched four people come in for an online pick up order after me and still get their order before me. Also, the way they knew I was waiting there and still not caring. Not good customer service and I understand helping people in person is also important but so are the online orders. Don’t have an online ordering system if you’re not going to make the online orders. I ended up getting in the ordering line and then I finally got my sandwich. If I were to of just gotten in the ordering line from the beginning I would have saved 25 minutes. I did an online order thinking it would help both me and the staff but evidently I was wrong. Way to ruin my lunch break and my day thank you Jersey Mike’s new ownership! Read moreThe two female workers today were beyond the worst I have ever experienced. They were rude, impatient and acted as if they hated their job. I have never been to Jersey Mikes before so I was trying to examine the menu closely. There was one other person in the whole place and he too was trying to decide. I asked if I could make my own sub and was ridiculed and mocked for being picky. The woman making my sub put the top bun on wrong after lathering it with so much mayo I had to ask for some to be removed. Then, I asked for Bacon. I got ONE strip of bacon and got charged $3. When it came time to pay, I gave my cash to the 2nd woman and she (kid you not) THREW my change at me that I had to pick my change up off the floor and other man had to help me pick up. Read moreA friend and I stopped by to grab a bite, and the employee running the slicer and taking orders was very disrespectful. He was not friendly, seemed irritated and angry, and it was obvious this was effecting the other employees and creating an overall negative atmosphere. My friend and I ended up eating our food back at my place, because we did not want to be in that environment longer than we had too.
