Naji's Pizza — Restaurant in Amherst

There are false posted prices on the wall with an 8x10 printer paper taped on the wall, written poorly in sharpie marker it states prices can change from what's posted (Im not understanding why you would not update your posted signs, it would seem ethical and professional too due so, I'm under the impression he is charging where he sees fit) I paid $8.00 for a small frie. $4.00 for a Coke product, and $10.00 for crab. Then he notices after running my card that its actually $6.00 for the Coca cola beverage, so he writes in $2.00 on the tip line! I'm totally confused at this point so I asked for an itemized receipt and the prices dont match up with what I signed and I did NOT write 2.00 on the tip line I totally feel swindled?! Fraud at its finest! I bought pizza takeout and had possibly the worst customer service experience. The older gentlemen (not sure if he is the owner) is horrible. I walked up to the counter and said hello and instead of responding he just kept watching videos on his phone. After 5 minutes of awkwardly standing at the register he turned to the oven looked at the pizza and said 5 more minutes. He then immediately went back to his video. While I waited I watched him ignore phone calls to continue watching his video and the one he took he immediately sighed when he had to make a pizza. I didn't even get a greeting til after the pizza was out and he was taking payment. Pizza was decent but I will never be visiting again after that service. If you hate what you do so much and hate dealing with customers that change your job.

This is the old school New England pizzeria you need to visit! It's tucked away on 101A but don't let that deter you. I randomly found this place one day on the way back from a trip. Called in an order of two pizzas and wings. Easy to find and parked right up front. Absolutely the best. Crunchy, crispy wings and pizza you could tell had been perfected over the years. I saw that some folks mentioned meeting Naji and, let me tell you, I had the best experience. We spoke for at least 20 mins. He was busy and didn't need to talk to me (hey, I'm nobody special) but he sure went out of his way and made me feel awesome. You can tell that Naji and his family are from a hard working background - it shows in the food prep and service. Love hitting this place for lunch when I am working in Merrimack.
