Walmart Online Grocery — Restaurant in Ammon

I never thought I would ever say that I love anything about Walmart, but they have definitely figured out how to have a smooth running pickup. The customer service in their pickup is the best I have received from any part of their store. It's almost as if you've gone to a completely different place. The app and their system seem to run well together. Any out of stocks are clearly visible on the app instead of finding out you're not getting something when you arrive, and all of my substitutions make sense. Most of their attendants are attentive to my children being with me and are quick to offer fruit snacks to them which I really appreciate. Every now and then I have had long wait times for my groceries, but they are few and far between. I do wish they had a system like other companies where you can alert them when you're on your way so that the wait time could be...

I LOVE the pick-up service! I work nights and picking up my order in the morning on the way home saves me so much time and effort! 👌 I make a menu, then make a grocery list from my menu, so I know I'll have all the ingredients I need, and because I'm shopping from my grocery list, it's easier to stay on budget!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I occasionally get bad produce. Walmart needs to train its associates better about how to tell whether food is ripe. The pic is from a new bag of red potatoes. A few weeks ago I had an entire bag of bad pears. 😕 Walmart is great about refunding or replacing bad products, but there's still the inconvenience...

Very, and I mean VERY disappointed in the Walmart OGP associates. Sat waiting for over 3 hours, as a Uber Delivery Driver. Called the store 3 times and they said, “oh we’ve got it checked in and we will be out as soon as possible.” I am on a timed schedule and I know they are too. Never had this issue before but now I have no respect for the Walmart curbside pickup. Customers don’t pay high prices for the conscience fees to just wait 3+ hours for associates to do their job correctly and waste everyone’s time. If it wasn’t my job to pickup the order, I wouldn’t ever do Walmart...
