Unfortunately I had a really bad experience here: I had them replace a battery in my iPhone 7 Plus. Apple actually would have replaced my battery for less money ($69) and they (uBreakiFix) charged me $80. They told me that they would put an OEM battery in and that it would work perfectly as if a new battery had been installed by Apple. I didn't want to wait to ship my phone back and forth to Apple, so I decided to pay extra to have it done immediately. When I got my phone back, with in two days, the phone battery was already showing that it only had 93% life left...I took it back and asked them to honor their warranty and replace it with one that would work as expected. They told me no. They explained to me that the software that the iPhone uses (iOS) is not "compatible" with the battery they put into my phone, and that the battery was actually working just fine, but that the software to monitor the battery's health would never work. Basically: "don't worry that the software is saying the battery is failing, just trust us, it's working." I was really disappointed that they lied to me: if they KNEW that the software would not work with their battery, they need to disclose that up front....I asked for a refund, they said no. So I challenged the charge with my credit card company, and lucky for me I have a great credit card company who immediately refunded me the full amount of $80.
Bottom line: if you want something to work 100% correctly, AND pay less for it, just send it to Apple.
My response to the "Response from the owner:" (December 10, 2019)
I appreciate your response, but I was refunded my money by my credit card company and therefore do not need further assistance from the Customer Service Team. I will only suggest, however, that you be more transparent about how your hardware repairs will work/not work with proprietary software. You should openly admit that your battery replacements are not guaranteed to work 100% correctly with iOS. Customers should know that before you perform service on...
Read moreI took in our iPad to replace a broken screen. The communication at drop off was terrible. They told me "corporate is making us prioritize phones, so it will be like a week or so." No actual estimate, just a vague "week or so". They would not give me any sort of work order number, or any tracking information even when I asked. They told me "it's all on the computer." The most communication I got was when they tried to push their insurance policy.
The repairs ended up being done the same day, but we live out of town and had already left with the knowledge that it would be "a week or so" until complete. If I had known it would be done that day, I would have stayed in town. Just terrible communication. How do you go from over a week to same day? Of course I appreciate that they had the repair done quickly, but it didn't do me any good without the communication.
I kept calling the location to have my iPad shipped to me, and they would not pick up the phone or return my calls. I ended up having to call corporate to get them to call me back.
The screen repair was great, but they messed up the home button and also the battery has started draining at 50% an hour. My touch ID doesn't work, and the home button slides in and out of place. I feel like I got one problem solved, but now have 3 new issues. They seemed proud to tell me that they fixed the home button at no extra cost, when they were the ones who broke it in the first place...and it's not even fully functional.
I gave more than 1 start because the price is half of what Apple charges, but I almost wish I paid the higher cost to get a more professional repair and smoother communication process. I'm really...

Taking my DJI Mini 3 drone to this establishment for repairs was the worst experience I've had. I initially called to confirm they could fix a broken arm on my drone. They assured me they had a 90% success rate with this issue, so I decided to move forward.
After dropping off the drone, they told me I would receive a call the next day with a repair estimate and that the drone would be ready within a week. I never heard back, so I called them myself. The quote they gave was higher than originally mentioned, but I agreed since they confidently stated they could fix it. They promised it would be ready by Saturday.
Given I was driving two hours from Jackson Hole to Idaho Falls, I asked them to confirmâmultiple timesâthat the drone would be ready. Each time, they assured me it would be. But when I arrived, they said it wasnât done due to being âtoo busyâ and that it would be ready the following week.
The next week, they called to inform me they couldnât actually fix the drone because it was showing an ESC error. Despite this, they charged me for the arm replacementâeven though the drone was returned with a new issue and still not functioning, adding that now my drone is not even charging.
I wasted hours of driving, paid for incomplete work, and was met with poor communication, broken promises, and unprofessional service. This shop lacks accountability and seems more interested in making a quick buck than providing honest,...
